Mainake Costa del Sol

Staff had hospitality in their genes. All of our concerns were taken care of immediately with kindness and care. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. Location is an easy walk to the beach where you can have a swim or dinner. Breakfast was divine.

A really nice hotel with friendly staff. There was breakfast available as well as a lovely rooftop pool and sunbed area! The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were a really good size too. Only 3mins walk from the beach and lots of restaurants nearby too!

Anybody who stayed at this hotel prior to lockdown will tell you it was a lovely small clean well managed hotel. Post Covid it has new owners who want to capitalise on the small conference facility and have re modelled the hotel into a cold business hotel. Brown, beige and white now dominate, the beds are rock hard, cheap laminate floors dominate all areas, we had a junior suite that offered no more than a bed in a larger than normal room, minimal furniture but strangely 2 TV’s within a couple of metres of each other and an old 3 seat sofa. Bland and uncomfortable we could take no more, we found a local Airbnb and checked out. This hotel is not a holiday hotel anymore.

WARNING After working over 12 years in the hotel industry at a director level in Europe and the USA i can say that this hotel is NO WAY a 4 star hotel The hotel is over rated , i have no understanding whatsoever why some people like it , possibly due to the location. which is good , but i can only assume standards are low and people don’t really understand what a good 4 star hotel should be The hotel over all is stale and depressing , doesn’t feel like a beach hotel at all , doesn’t even have a holiday feel The reception area reminds me to a motorway holiday inn at best , it is not welcoming in any way and should be in some kind of training pack for what a reception area should not look like , color, decor and furniture very very old fashioned in need of modernisation The beds are the most uncomfortable i have ever slept on ! , mattress was very very hard, springs sticking into my . back and every time you turn over the bed was on the verge of collapsing . When complaining to reception regarding the mattresses , the reply should have started with “i’m so sorry to hear that …… instead i was told “ well , everyone likes them and they are new “ , this is not the response i would expect from a 4 star hotel , has no one trained the staff on managing complaints , to be on the defensive is not the answer. However judging from the response from the owner to some of the negative reviews on here , they are all on the defensive , not professional and obviously no proper Customer care training and complaint handling training in play The next day i spoke to a girl on reception , she seemed more sympathetic and told me she would look into it , never heard back I was told that the mattresses were new , Well , they may be new but they are cheap mattresses, quality is the word that i’m looking for here The pillow was of very very poor quality, only one thin lanky pillow for each bed , We asked for 2 more pillows , didn’t make a difference, I have not been able to relax at all ,not surprised they advertise back massages in reception with beds like that , business is a guaranteed success The air conditioning is a joke ,the bedroom was like sauna at night , only works if you are moving around in the room , very difficult to sleep and if you sleep with the patio door open you get attacked by mosquitos , the fridge is pathetic , its just an area to store drinks and keep them at room temperature, the balcony terrace is a disgrace with views of the city (the hotel said ) , they have a good sense of humour because the view we had left us depressed , please see photos i have uploaded The furniture for the terrace/ balcony very much belongs in a cheap run down beach bar not in a hotel that claims to be 4 star There is no area in the bathroom to put toiletries , just the sink area which gets very wet , the towels are also poor quality very thin and small The walls are paper thin and we could clearly hear the arguments that the f

Habitaciones limpias. Cama comoda. Los pisos mas altos tienen mejores vistas, aunque todos estan orientados al mar, las otras casas tapan la vista. Visita la piscina en la azotea. Cerca paseo maritimo (50 metros) y restaurantes (100 metros calle principal), aunque esta en 3° linea de playa. Aparcamiento publico, con un parque de tierra al final de la calle sin salida.

Tutto perfetto! Le camere sono state tutte rinnovate. Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Super consigliato perché a 100 mt dalla spiaggia e con piscina sul tetto. Il personale è cordiale e professionale. Unico neo le parti comuni che non sono state ristrutturate ma è perfetto per una vacanza a Torre del mar. Campi da padel a 30 mt

Ya es la segunda vez que voy a Torre del Mar y en ambas he estado en el mismo hotel, Para qué cambiar si el trato, la habitación, el desayuno, su ubicación y hasta la piscina son para mí muy buenos??? Espero poder regresar de nuevo puesto que siento que aún quedan cosas por hacer en la zona este de Málaga.

Trabajo en hostelería y las 4 estrellas no las tiene por varios motivos: felpa no buena calidad (toalla ducha, no manta de baño) No toalla de bidet.Moqueta pasillo mal conservada. Ubicación excelente

Sale el agua a la habitación 206 Tire todas las toallas al suelo para solucionar la piscina q habia en la habitación, y fue una ducha de una sola persona. La puerta del baño está rota por abajo debido a la humedad y el agua q sale por el baño, llame y me dijeron q había más gente q se había quejado de ello. Media hora recogiendo agua. Hotel nefacto
