The hotel is very large and has a lot of guests they had entertainment on which was OK. The breakfast has a wide selection of food for all and was nice . Right on the beach front surrounded by lots of bars and resteraunts

這個酒店屬於度假酒店，不屬於傳統的四星級商務酒店，有很多英國度假旅行團，出門就是海灘。房間很大並單獨帶一個起居室，各項服務中規中矩，也沒有傳説中的不堪，從價格來看可以接受。

Another brilliant stay at Hotel and we could not complain about anything. Staff so friendly and helpful .Food was excellent our 5 days we stayed with excellent choices to suit all.Have been to this Hotel so many times and so has my daughters and friends and love returning. Thank you everyone at Hotel Puente Real

Wouldn't go again.. definitely NOT a 4* .. This hotel mainly caters to French tourists and all entertainment and food and posters are French. They had a block of apartments situated away from the big hotel where they put the English and our room was right next to the main entertainment stage meaning they were blasting music until 11.30 and then everyone stayed out drinking till early hours so no sleep really. Food The food was almost the same again and catered to French not many options. Breakfast same everymorning, lunch was very hit and miss. Rooms Clumps of tile missing from the floor, partner slept on the sofa bed and got bitten by bugs from that, no shampoo, shower head hardly worked, lampshade covered in stains, couldn't open the curtains because everybody could see in as our balcony had no fencing and kids would often just come sit on our chairs and mess around no privacy what so ever. And rooms very dated. Staff Staff are lovely and incredibly helpful however you do have the opportunity to have a free photo shoot and even though I really didn't want my photo taken we were forced into 3 practise shots even after saying no thank you its not our thing thankyou though but they wouldn't let us leave and everyone walking past was watching this awkward encounter. (It is a lovely idea though) Location It's not really around the the shops and bars ect you have to walk down 10 mins for that which isn't so bad

Very good experience with all inclusive gold , special thanks to Connor,Laura,Grayson,Alberto , Walter and Carlos in reception for quickly and efficiently helping with a minor problem, Andalusian rooms need a bit of TLC but are cleaned every day , thanks again

I have been drinking at this hotel for 6 years and I love everything about it. I enjoy the hotel very much. The staff is amazing. I would like to highlight the animation team, they are very nice and good professionals . Marta and Walter are very good and attentive waiters. The hotel is very cozy , close to the beach, shops, and the centre of torremolinos and Malaga has good transport location.
