Nice hotel better than the pictures but has extremely loud music playing all day. Very loud at night with lots of young people partying. Great buffet breakfast

El hotel está muy bien, mucho mejor de lo que me esperaba. Limpio, cómodo, muy bien situado, personal muy amable y bien desayuno.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the reception staff were very helpful especially Chanel who spoke very good English and answered any questions I had. We was on the second floor of the hotel and our neighbours were young women, now I understand your in magaluf having a girls holiday and partying, but the women played very loud music on a speaker till stupid hours of the morning, the day previous someone else complained and they stopped, the second night I complained and the complaint was handle quickly with the receptionist. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and beds were made but bedding wasn’t changed. The buffet in the morning was excellent with different choices to choose from, cereal, hot food, yoghurts, bakery section, juice, coffee/tea. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning and loads of su beds to choose from, they play music for the most of the day round the pool which is nice. They have a pool bar where you can order cocktails and food but is only payable by card. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent value hotel. All rooms have pool view with air-con and WiFi. Staff very friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Rooms have hard wired hair dryers but room safe is €35 a week for key if needed. No fridge or kettle but available to rent at front desk if needed. Pool is excellent, easily suitable for a swim/lazing (12m x 6m) 1.5m deep and a shallower (3m x 6m) area so sit and cool off! Adult only hotel which is located a 5 minute walk from the beach or the centre of nightlife so ideal for everyone, the location on a hill could be a challenge for anyone with serious mobility issues but for everyone else it’s an easy incline.

This hotel doesn't deserve the negative reviews that have been left the staff work incredibly hard and are friendly helpful and great fun. Yes you have to pay a 100 euro room deposit in cash which is fully refunded on check out but I think this is fair given that the magaluf attracts a younger party crowd. Food and bar prices are reasonable, ceasar salad, pizza, chicken burger all delicious José on the pool bar is a multi tasking whirlwind always with a smile on his face. The hotel location is perfect you can turn left onto magaluf ***** or right and head for palma nova close to beach, shops and bars. We booked single rooms which were very clean and modern maid service daily cleaned to a high standard we would return to this hotel we had the best time!

As you enter reception it looks very modern. The deposit you have to pay is €100 each which gets given back when you leave. Rooms are small, no lock on bathroom door. Free Internet is fast. Cleaning standards are a 7/10 Very noisy during the night. You can either pay on card at the poolside cafe or put money on your wristband. Cashless hotel. Staff are very nice on reception and in the food hall. Pool opens at 10:00, closes at 18:00.

Lovely hotel - went at the right time flew out 10th May for 1 week - other families arrived on 16th and was made to pay £100 euros as a deposit due to some younger guests trashing the rooms and throwing stuff on balcony into pool Pool area doesn’t open until 10 am which is lovely as you don’t get mad crowds running for sun loungers and gives you time to relax and enjoy breakfast Please note this is a cashless hotel and the only card they accept is the revolut however you can put cash into your wristband to purchase food and drinks but the bar does not accept cash

The hotel needs to decide what it wants to be?! Overall a decent trip. Travelled for a week, just returned on the 21st. Hotel was nice and clean in all areas from the rooms to the pool, we had a 3 bed room, which was small but we managed. The pool area was spotless each day and lifeguard on duty. The poolside bar was very good value in my opinion, range of drinks was fine and the food menu was all decent to tide you over. We found all the staff we encountered pleasant and helpful, had no issues at all with them. Rooms - small for 3 people and walls are paper thin unfortunately so could hear next door and above depending on activity, especially late on. Food - we were bed and breakfast, the normal breakfast closes at 10.30, but continental breakfast id open until 1pm, which is what we had most days and was perfectly fine. My main criticism is that the hotel needs to decide what it is?!? Is it a party hotel for groups of teenagers, or is it a couples hotel that is well kept, they try to cater for both, but don't always get it right. I would look to go back as the location is ideal for both Palma Nova and Magaluf. The wristbands that are also your room key and can be loaded with money to pay at the bar is a brilliant idea, more places should look at doing this.

This is a nice hotel. It's kept immaculately clean and the staff are all very friendly from the cleaners, the restaurant staff, the pool lifeguard and the genral manager. It's a few minutes walk to the *****, and 5 minutes walk to several beeches. My room as a solo traveller was small and basic but kept very clean. Plenty of plugs for mobiles. There's no fridge or kettle though. I went in the quiet part of the season, but I can imagine it can be noisy with groups returning in the early morning hours. The food was set out very nicely, a nice variety to choose from too. There's plenty of seats in the restraunt too as many returning at 4 or 5 am skip breakfast. My Only issue with this hotel was being made to pay 100 euro deposit for room damage, and being in my 60s it was ridiculous and unexpected so plan for it in your budget. The bar here does not take cash, so card or top up a bracelet is used. The bracelet has to be worn or carried as it is also the room entry key. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here 👍
