Sea Senses by Mar Holidays

A really well maintained complex, with firm but fair security. We are in a private let, and are very happy with the apar**ents and views. The coves look lovely and great for snorkelling and it is not too far to walk up to the main road. Yet to try the local buses, but I've seen them passing. Some nice little bars with ice creams just up the road if you don't fancy the restaurant next door. Only criticism is that they've roped off the grass to seed it. Strange timing and approach to this.

We had lovely 1 week holiday June 2022 n SeaSenses with family. We really enjoyed our stay. Just next the apar**ent it is possible to swim in the sea. Near is Restaurant Nautilus which is very good. Rental car is recommended. For June 2023 we booked SeaSenses via seasensesmarholidays.es It is fraud site, watch out it. They have copied original Mar Holidays web site. They steal your 50 % advance payment and you get nothing.

All facilities are available for a perfect holiday . During the high season there is more control on wearing bracelets, because many people want to enter from outside and thus abuse these beautiful facilities and swimming pools... The rules only benefits guests who stay there legally and have rented an apar**ent .. For people who want to eat something, it is possible to do this in the pool bar or in the restaurant across the street , very handy !! At only 600m you will also find many restaurants , shops and a warehouses . The public buses have a stop in front of the building to bring you anywhere you want.. if you like to walk or to bike ,you can go to Torrevieja or walk (bike) for hours in the other direction along the coast. The apar**ent itself has a beautiful sea view and waking up in the morning with the sun in your face is fantastic ..

I stayed in these apar**ents with my daughter, son in law and my two small granddaughters. We had the penthouse in one of the blocks. The apar**ents were lovely but as someone previously mentioned, there were so many rules ! We bought sandwiches for the girls down to the pool on one occasion but was told we weren't allowed to eat anything unless it was in their own onsite cafe. Also, the biggest bugbear for me was that apart from one restaurant across the way, there was absolutely nothing nearby. To stay here you most certainly need a car - whether to go to the supermarket, the beach or restaurants.

We stayed here together 3 families. The apar**ents are amazing, but by the pool we were met by really rude guards and Lifeguards. So many restrictions that it ruins the fun around the pool. No balls, no inflated swimgear and they demand you to wear a rubber band in your hair if you are a girl. We have a very sensitive girl with ADHD/ special needs, and the guards demanded that she got out of the pool, because she could not wear a rubber band. It is such a shame with rude personel in such a great place.
