We stayed here with our three young children in a 'Chalet Privilege' which has three bedrooms. The layout of the chalet is fairly good with three separate bedrooms and a large deck. But! Despite the chalet being labelled as 'privilege' it certainly did not live up to that name. It is a glorified name for a cabin providing zero extras. Sea view? Yes... if you strain your eyes, you will see a far-off bit of sea in the distance. No bed linen or towels were provided... this came as a surprise EUR 70 to rent these from the camping ground. The photos seen on the website show made-up beds, so we assumed these basics would be provided. Unfortunately the website is not clear on what one should or should not bring. It also cost EUR 40 to have a baby cot, baby bath and high chair - but no linen was provided for the baby cot. The WIFI was not that good, however WIFI codes are given to log in, so you can manage on those, even if Internet strength is not great. The kitchen comes with a microwave, an electric stovetop and refrigerator. It would be good if staff checked the quality of the crockery and glassware provided as chips and cracks were found on several glasses, wine glasses, bowls etc. No dish liquid, tea towels, dish brush/sponge were provided. Remember to bring toilet paper! The cleanliness of the chalet was not brilliant. Sand was beneath the sofa, black mould remains unbleached in the shower and remnants of previous guests hair, etc was found in the bedrooms and around the beds. The pool was okay, but very deep with 1.55cm being the shallow area, so the pool does not cater to unconfident swimmers or kids not yet swimming properly. But is naturally excellent for competent swimmers and is very clean. The paddling pool is 43cm deep and is a good size for toddlers or pre-schoolers. The reception area does sell fresh breads each day as well as basic items during the off season while their on-site supermarket is closed, so this was excellent. There are three beaches, one which has a lovely, long sand beach, perfect for children. The sand does have a fair bit of stones mixed in, so bring sand shoes. The walk down to the beach is steep, but mostly paved, and you can drive most of the way down. In October, parking is easy to find there. All in all, the location is STUNNING! Olive and pine trees are everywhere and the whole camp ground is aesthetically pleasing.
