Alors, en sachant que en ligne générale je suis satisfaite de mon séjour et que je recommande la structure, j’ai ça même à signer des point positif et négatifs. - la structure est propre et également les chambres sauf pour la cuisine (c’était sale dans le plateau des couverts) - le petit déjeuner n’est pas mal mais à niveau du « salé » il n’y avait pas grands choses - le personnel était gentil et disponible mais il ne donnait aucune informations de leur initiative (par exemple demander si on voulait une carte, si on avait besoin de quelque chose pour la chambre comme un lit parapluie vu qu’ils m’ont vue avec un bébé….AUCUNE PROPOSITION !) C’est le plus gros point négatif…par exemple personne te dit que la chambre ne serait nettoyée par personne (malgré le flyer posé dans la sdb qui explique de poser les serviettes dans la douche si on veut des serviettes propres…nous l’avons fait et en fin de journée on les a retrouvés toujours dans la douche….grosse déception et colère vu le prix qui correspond à un prix d’hôtel…) Le coût du parking est de 8€ par nuit et le petit déjeuner est à 12€ Le lit est confortable et les espaces communs très sympa. À ne pas oublier le wifi gratuit et qui fonctionne très bien. Si non l’hôtel est sympa, récent et malgré tout je pense d’y retourner et je pe conseil.

Bien situé

Overall new facilities, no cleaning services provided except if paid extra. 30-40 min walk from city center. Discent breakfast buffet on extra charge. Very poor concierge services.

I was on a business trip and wanted a very peaceful sleep. The air conditioning of the room was horrible. The team tried to put me in the different room but what they didn't understand was that I wasn't concerned about the size of the room but the air conditioning. I had a terrible sleep and made my night in tolouse very difficult.

Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all. If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The gym could do with a little more equipment. The room was good size and nice. Tv could have chromecast facilities, as for international travels it is hard with just French tv.

Nice location next to the river with a nearby small grocery store. The AC was very welcome with the hot weather!

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were abysmal. The first room we were given was wheelchair accessible, which was inappropriate and suggested a lack of awareness in saving it for clients who needed it (not us). The replacement room we were given was awful. The WC reeked like mildew, which permeated the entire apartment, and the table tops in the room hadn't been wiped down (strands of hair were visible here and there). We were so displeased, we booked another room in Toulouse and left. Honestly, the baseline for accommodations is cleanliness, and your hotel failed spectacularly on this. Foul odours in a room, a WC, are totally unacceptable.

Lovely hotel with great facilities! Clean and spacious, couldn’t fault it.
