Bonjour trip. Com nous avons passé un super week-end accueil et resto super très belle hôtel très calme très bon personnel le seul reproche et le nettoyage des chambres la literie et très bien mais le ménage c'est pas ça beaucoup de poils d'animaux et de poussière sinon le jacuzzi. la piscine super

Impossible de prendre un petit-déjeuner (à 15 euros!!) : plus de viennoiseries, plus de pain, plus de tasses, plus de boissons chaudes à 9h30.
Inadmissible
J'ai été remboursé mais ca n excuse pas tout.
Bref, tres déçu
Sinon, chambre parfaite ....

The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room.
This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) .
Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled.
When paying 300 Euros a night I do expect more!

Good location (10min by car to Deauville) at an affordable price. Breakfast was good but the mattress and the pillows could be more comfortable.

Séjour sympa malgré quelques déconvenues.
Voici la liste des choses qui ont été:

. Bonne isolation phonique
. Literie comfortable
. Accueil trés agréable
Voici la liste des choses qui ne vont pas:
. Personnel de maintenance qui entre sans frappé et en se teompant de chambre
. Personnel de ménage qui entre aussitot avoir frappé
.Equipements de la chambre abimés
.Fenetre qui ne verouille plus
. Baignoire cassée, mais fonctionnelle.
A part ça, l'endroit est tres joli. Certaines parties de l'hotel sont un peu viellote, mais joli quand mm. Le complexe sportif est tres bien.
Le petit dej est sans plus. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Peut mieux faire.
