Very beautiful view, Modern rooms, peaceful atmosphere, Nice lobby with eye catching view toward black sea. The seasonal swimming pool and gym were fantastic The lady in the reception was very helpful and expert in her work. We enjoyed the 3 nights stay in Radisson blue Trabzon. Our journey was in the month of July 2024.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. Frankly speaking, I didn't think much, I was very tired. On the respiratory, said about her reservation and extended her passport. Very friendly and smiling receptionists. I was quickly decorated and settled on the 6th floor in room 607. I didn't expect to see a big bed in the single room, it was very pleasant. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. The hearing is high, there were constantly some sounds as if without the end was cleaning or I lived next to the laundry 😅 The view of the room you will see on the photo. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there. The usual average breakfast is cheeses, omlets, sausages, olive oils, vegetables, greens and a little baking. Solid coffee and tea in bags. Fruit was not completely 😒 upset. Well in general I estimated 3+ almost 4. I will come to Trabzon, I will probably settle there.

The staff are SUPERB, very polite and very helpful. Our stay was very good because of the wonderful staff. They speak very good English. The location is also amazing, in old town Trabzon with cobblestoned narrow streets, full of restaurants, near Trabzon Meyden Park always bustling with people. The hotel is also 5-10 minute walking distance to the Tourist Information Center, drop in before you visit any place as they will let you know how to get there and what will be the price of public transportation. They speak fluent English. The area is safe but keep in mind that like ANY old town of a city, the streets are narrow and hence big buses (or camper van will not fit in). Room was spacious and clean with A/C and heater. We got a room with the view of Black sea. Bathroom was clean and hot water was good. The Wifi was strong. Turkish breakfast was good with cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, bread, butter, jam, honey, tea coffee, olives etc. Its in the tourist area and lots of cars pass by, its a bit noisy but we slept pretty good. Get a room in the higher floors for less noise. We would stay here again. Highly recommend it.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel as a base for our trips in northern Turkey before heading to Istanbul. The hotel was average, with modest rooms and breakfast. Rooms were ok though, with fairly good wifi and a small LCD TV. Bathrooms were not bad and clean. Tea and coffee facilities are present as well. The rooms are quite old and should be refurbished soon, but I think they already have better rooms, probably the ones with a sea view. The staff were friendly but usually couldn't speak english. The location was not very close to citycentre but taxis are not very expensive. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel and they have quite everything from groceries to fruits. Maybe it's not the best hotel in town but for a budgetary hotel it's not a bad choice.

One of the best hotels in trabzon if not the best, the staff here are amazing, helpful and nice + the hotel was so clean and it had a nice location and a really nice rooms view. I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas period with the family and I. Unfortunately, we were stolen (a sum) on the last day of staying at the hotel while we were at breakfast. The hygiene officer who had a Master entry card for all the rooms went into the room three times in two minutes and stole the money. Of course, this is what the surveillance cameras showed me and I saw it myself, knowing that on the day of the hotel, there was no cleaning of the room. The police were called, but unfortunately, we didn't benefit, although there was evidence that showed everything, and that you needed to go to a police center to complain, and the police translator advised not to go what we didn't benefit, he told us and mosquitoed our God. I advise everyone, especially I'm most hotel guests, Arabs, cautiously, and not leaving anything in the rooms. Specifically, the stealer is the cleaning officer, who has a card for all rooms.

ЛЛетаюExcellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

GGuest UserI checked in an economy room 410 for 5 nights from 1st to 6th of September. I reserved through their website and confirmed with them via whatsapp and paid when arrived using credit card. The room is cozy, but i loved it, as it satisfies my needs. It has no view but this was ok with me as I don't stay in the hotel, it is for bed and breakfast. 😊 The breakfast was nice, no much variaties, the same things almost everyday but it tastes good. The staff were friendly, the guy in the reception ”Hossam” was very friendly and helpful, he advised us with most of the attractions in the city. My room was cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. ❤️

WWolf.hkThe location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall.
The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist.
On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first.
The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

爱爱吃的金牛It’s hard to find, and I can’t find it on Google Maps navigation. Later I asked the shops around the building to find out. You have to go through the tunnel and then go up the elevated highway. You can find this shop after entering the old town. It’s not usually difficult to find. The hotel, I promise you can’t find it. This hotel is dishonest. I have to swipe my card to pay when I check in. I asked him if he has deducted the money online? He said no. He returned the cash to me after I found the payment evidence online. The bed was too soft and my waist was folded. The room was small and the breakfast was poor.

AAyooshOverall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. GGuest UserBooked nazar as stayed there a few times. Not anymore the place is absolutely filthy . My husband and myself have just returned home after 2 weeks in this hole . They charged £80 for air con only for it not to work .had to wait till late day after for repair but no word of refund . Where do I start . The walls in the room were absolutely filthy . Went for a shower only for it to leak all the way through the bedroom everything wet through . Damp patch up the wall the room stank . When I complained was told all there rooms were the same . We lived out of our luggage for 2 weeks as the wardrobe stank of damp . No drawers to put anything in just a tiny cupboard. We're booked in for September but definitely not staying there cost us another £600 to book another hotel .
