B&B Cortile di Venere

Noo moreee , what a disappointing choice, very big lie, nothing what they show in the pictures , they gave us the smallest room ever seing in my life, dirty and rosty , no places for nothing , please people dont get traped .. we didnt get money back .. we left after few hours ..

We chose this b&b because near the center of Trapani The location was good and the price reasonable … but that’s about it The room smelt of dump, the wall in the bathroom was full of mold. As soon as you arrive at the rooms entrance, you can find a dump Breakfast was partially ok, but being gluten-intolerant I had not gluten-free products to eat … there was, though, eggs and cheese to choose. Staff was very friendly and happy to give advice for dinner or what to see in town

From the very moment I stepped into the premises, an overpowering and unpleasant odor permeated the rooms, the breakfast area, and the open spaces, hinting at the presence of fungi. The bathroom was a major letdown, with the toilet seat cover turned partially yellow, raising serious doubts about their hygiene standards. Additionally, the lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the water to warm up, and even then, it quickly turned cold after minimal use, making bathing an unpleasant experience. The breakfast offerings further contributed to my sense of dissatisfaction. The lack of variety and the absence of quality in proportion to the price paid left much to be desired. Moreover, the Wi-Fi service was nearly non-existent. When it did manage to connect, the speed was so slow that even basic tasks were impossible. Given these circumstances, I am unable to conscientiously recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone in search of a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The experience I encountered falls far short of the standard that one would reasonably expect from such an establishment.

Friendly and helpful staff but the place is a bit run down. There is a strong smell of cleaning products and the room on ground floor is very damp and moldy. I'd recommend looking in the never part of town; east of the train station

It was OK. Staff definitely very nice and helpful! I was supposed to be in Cortile di Venere, but I got room in a place round the corner. Paid Superior room, but I feel I didn’t get one, instead got a classic room. If not, I would not understand why this would be Superior. Pictures definitely don’t meet expectations and do not fit to how the real room looked like, room was too small, but was OK for one person for two nights. I initially wanted to call ********** to discuss the situation, but I eventually gave up as it was clean and I was lazy. The room itself was clean and even cleaned up properly when I was gone, I was surprised (in a positive way). Fridge is not in the room, but was allowed to use the one in breakfast area. Breakfast was OK! Internet was not working from time to time.

Colazione sempre quelle cose: pochissime! Non una volta specialità del luogo. Camera con puzza di umidità dovuto ai muri delle scale bagnati e Di notte con le finestre aperte, vicini rumorosi nella notte profonda con grida. macchine dei condizionatori vicini alla stanza ecc...ecc...

Se avete la sfortuna di approdare al b&b cortile di venere, non vi fare dare la camere che si trova singolarmente in una palazzina: vecchia,mal tenuta,praticamente senza armadio,finestra del balconcino rotta,letto scomodo e scala ripidissima e scomoda per i bagagli. Colazione molto scarsa. Inoltre la sera si radunano sotto la finestra extracomunitari che urlano fino a tardi. State attenti al momento della prenotazione.

La ducha sale fría aún después de esperar 15 minutos que fue el tiempo que me dijo el recepcionista que tardaba. El check in ponía a las 12:00, al llegar nos dijo que no estaba la habitación lista porque había que llamar dos horas antes, cosa que no tiene sentido. El desayuno está Bastante bien igual que la ubicación. Lo último es el acceso a la habitación, tienes que subir una escalera minúscula de caracol

L'unica nota positiva è solo ed esclusivamente lo staff, cortese e disponibile. La struttura è uno scempio: odore sgradevole già appena si entra (camuffato da forti profumatori) umidissima, con muffa, fatiscente, con assenza di manutenzione in ogni sua parte, bagno completamente rovinato, tubature rumorose, moschini sul cibo della colazione....Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera che ci è stato concesso per la seconda notte, con un extra da pagare, e fin qui nessun problema: la seconda stanza era peggio della prima e non aggiungo altro. Non è pensabile affittare camere in questo stato pietoso. Assolutamente da evitare.
