Our room had left over things from previous guests (socks & hair clips) The room was full of mold in the bathrooms. Coffee table was sticky as well as the floors. Chairs dirty. Blood on bathroom wall along with what looked like foundation running down a mirror. The worst of it all was all the mold in both bathrooms.

We enjoyed a nice 4 day get-away. The room was excellent and the beach was fabulous!! Look forward to going back!

The room seemed like a condo with a full kitchen including fridge, range, and dishwasher and a washer and dryer. It was nice to be able to prepare meals rather than eat at a restaurant every meal. The pool was fun. We had a nice view of the beach. There is a "share box" where other guests left toys which was nice. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Location was great, suite was spacious, picked up by my wife on a partly business partly vacation trip. I am accustomed to a bit cleaner rooms when I travel for business. Nothing horrific but the rooms carpets need a good wash or need to be changed. The common areas tile flooring and other areas need to be cleaned with a bit more soap. Everything felt a bit sticky/greasy within actually being dirty.

Our room was nice and clean and we liked our view. The pool areas seemed very small considering the amount of peolple using them.

We got to check in early and check out late. Would definitely stay here again! Right on the beach. Has a little beach tiki bar and beach boxes that our kids could find sand toys in.

Suite N204 needs updating, rug, upholstery, closet doors, bathroom grout, chairs, basically everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love the beach front location. We wish they had a fire pit for cold nights.

The checkin process was long as there was only 1 person and she was tending to a guest with room issues.
Additionally, I have VIP status yet I did not receive the bottle of wine upon arrival to my room. It’s not the wine that’s so important but the principle of the matter. There was no apology or acknowledgement that this perk wouldn’t be available.
While the room was decently clean, there were water marks on the table and light stands, the patio cement was pretty dirty and the living room couch and chairs were very worn and spotted.
We’ve stayed here a number of times and this visit was below our expectations and our previous visits.

They did not provide room cleaning. Restaouran is very small and food is poorly prepared.
