Sono stata per un evento l’indomani, si dorme bene e le lenzuola sono fresche e pulite, la stanza, pur essendo singola era confortevole ed ampia…consigliatissimo

Really nice one night stay on cycling trip. Huge room with two bathrooms, makes a change as often put in worst room when one night stay. Bright and airy with large comfortable bed . Breakfast was extensive , and all fresh. Central location in Trento , on edge of old town so easy to walk to good restaurants and sightsee. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice hotel with a very nice breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to almost all the interesting sites in Trento. We enjoyed our stay and thought the staff was very helpful. Yes, the rooms are dated but are kept clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to a grocery store.

Many things about this hotel are great, but then others, not so much. First, it is situated on a highway, so part of the hotel faces the busy, noisy road and part faces a lovely lake. The noise from the road is somewhat muted if your room faces the lake. The front desk staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, but the morning crew was surly and inhospitable. The evening staff was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal there. Some of the breakfast items were included with the room but there were a number of things that were not, such as crepes or pancakes for 8 Euros.

Ho soggiornato un sola notte in questo hotel con la mia famiglia. Ho prenotato due camere una matrimoniale e una singola. Devo dire perfette! Perfetto in tutto! Le camere pulite e fornite di ogni confort. Frigo bar super fornito, kit bagno di alta qualità e il letto confortevole. Ho anche usufruito della colazione che era abbondante e per tutti i gusti salati e dolci. Abbiamo anche usufruito del loro bar con un ottimo servizio. Insomma qualità e prezzo giusti. Spero di ritornare complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Veniamo qui da anni ma questa ultima esperienza è stata veramente pessima. In ognuna delle 3 camere abbiamo trovato un livello di mancanza di igiene imbarazzante: cestini non svuotati e pavimento sporco, piumone non igienizzato, un paio di calzini sporchi nell’armadio… Altrettanto inadeguato il livello delle risposte del personale alle rimostranze. Peccato per la colazione e la cucina che sono comunque di buon livello.

L'Hotel America offre un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Camere molto pulite (molto apprezzata la linea di prodotti per il bagno artigianale, anche acquistabile) e ottima la colazione, che offre prodotti di qualità e vasta scelta. Consiglio sicuramente per chi passa da Trento👌

Eine tole Lage, gleich bei der Altstadt und allem voran sympathisch. Sehr nette Rezeption mit Vertändnis, dass wir früher abreisen mussten. Das Frühstück war toll, grosse Auswahl und sehr charmantes Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in Trento.

Das gute geführte Haus liegt sehr praktisch unweit von der Altstadt und vom Bahnhof. Es punktet mit hervorragenden Frühstück, renovierten Zimmern, freundlichen Mitarbeitern und guten Körperpflege-Produkten. Von dort aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel weiter.
