Everything and I mean everything about this hotel is 5 star My wife and I reserved this hotel because we were looking for a small hotel in city. We reserved a room.for the week with map (modified american plan). We arrived a few hours early. The security guard and receptionist both welcomed us by name. From the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were extremely respectful, professional, courteous. Always ready to respond to all our needs and questions without being at all intrusive. Every detail was arranged ahead of time. We have never been to another hotel where my wife was treated with so much respect. The hotel is located at the top of the hill, our balcony had a view of entire city, with amazing sunsets everynight. I usually make a special mention for staff members who are special or spectacular. At this hotel it is unfortunately impossible. Every member of the staff here from manager to housekeeper has been amazing. It would honestly be unfair to mention anyone in particular. When not if, my wife and I return to Trinidad we will return to this hotel, without a doubt.

The staff is wonderful, everyone is friendly and helpful Theres internet The breakfast was good The pool and the rooms are clean The beds and pillows are nice The vibe of the whole hotel is great, modern The view is great Sometimes the water pressure in the room was low, and there was a short period of time where there wasnt electricity, but it didn't bother us The staff let us know about the issue on time and how long it will last Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel

The best accommodation in Trinidad. One of the best buffets for cuba. Right behind the hotel is the nightclub inside Trinidad's most famous cave. An authentic stay and a great place to spend time. The pool area is enjoyable. The interior of the rooms is useful. The service and attention will never let you down.
