We had an issue with a loud humming our whole stay. After the first night we told the front desk. It was never resolved. It kept us up at night.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room was perfect for remote work. It was nice having a few bottles of water upon arrival.

We have stayed here a couple of times and place always clean. We had an issue with thermostat not working in our room but they moved us to room next door with no hassle.

Nice Hampton Inn, nice area between the airport and racetrack, the breakfast was terrible, no one to refill anything, no bread, no waffle mix, no bacon, and no orange juice, lots of people wanting to eat but nothing ever was refilled, and we paid a premium to stay there on a race weekend.
Great area though, close to Graoevine and Dallas

Will definitely stay, again! So quiet and clean! Bed was comfortable and had hot water in the shower. Awesome price!

You get what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. This location is in a nicer part of the Dallas area. There is a good restaurant and place to get beers across the street. There's a BBQ place in the same parking lot, as well.

As this was my second trip to Westlake, TX and the stay at Hampton Inn was again a great experience

Quiet place near shopping and places to eat. My only complant is the pool and pool area could have been a little cleaner. Tables in pool are needed to be cleaned and chairs in the pool patio had bird droppings on them. Pool need to have leaves etc scooped out.
