Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa

Not as expected. Photos looked so impressive but it’s not. Just an average hotel. Location quite ok. Breakfast nothing special. Spa - masseurs were ok but not hotel standard. The spa outside were better. Employees are not really good with English as reviewed.

This is a great mid priced hotel . It represents fantastic value for money . Centrally located , the staff spoke terrific English and really looked after their guests . You could see them all trying to get people into their rooms as early as possible as most people arrive in Sapa early in the morning . The rooms were really pleasant and clean and we loved our view. Sapa is hilly and it's a slight walk up a hill to get to the main square . Would stay again !

This is a centrally located, fairly modern mid sized 3 star hotel. We were both ill, suffering stomach issues after a night in a village homestay, and the hotel kindly allowed us an early checkin and a slightly later checkout. We were greeted politely and offered tea, which soothed our aching tummies a little! Room was very nice, quiet and spotless, with a clean modern bathroom. Breakfast offerings were varied and looked delicious but we had to choose conservatively, unfortunately. We were very grateful to the staff for their concern and help. Certainly a nice hotel to stay in!

First of all..I would like to say thank you to all staffs ..They are very friendly and helpful..Hotel location is also nice place..all tourists attractions are very close.. u can walk and enjoy easily..We got early check in and got a little cute present too..Love u Sapa relax Hotel ..We have great time there..😊😊🥰

Our family of five had a very nice stay at the Sapa Relax hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, clean and well appointed room and a top floor lounge area with fantastic views all make for a great stay. We’d recommend staying here for anyone visiting Sapa.

This hotel certainly lived up to our expectations. It was already well reviewed by others and our decision to book was based on this. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly too. We didn't opt for breakfast when booking, but they included in the room and gave it to us anyway. Was a good breakfast with simple food and delicious bread. For a tourist it was a good location because it was close to everything. Helped is book shuttle to the night market. Must visit the skybar for a good view of the city.

Great stay at Sapa relax, perfect for the tracking we have planned. The room was clean and tidy and the shower worked well. The rooftop bar was also a cool place to relax in the evenings. I would recommend!

This hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was so helpful with everything. They have a spa downstairs with very cheap but very nice foot massages, perfect for after a trek (they do other massages too I didn’t try!). Check in is not until 12-2pm so bare that in mind if you are arriving on the morning train as we did (we arrived about 8am). It is only a 5-10 min walk from the bus stop. They stored our bags easily for the morning, and on the way home they allowed us to shower in their public bathroom before we left after we had checked out, which was so helpful. The bar upstairs was a really beautiful view, we didn’t have a drink just had a look. The women asking you to buy things or go on a trek is quite relentless, but they are nice women and must make their living. We had booked a guide online and she said when she doesn’t have a booking she walks the town asking too, so if you find someone you like who speaks your language well you may as well go with them! I’m sure it would have been cheaper and at least all the money goes straight to them. The reception staff were particularly helpful with any questions we had and were always very happy and smiley! We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and fabulous view from the roof top bar!! We had a Mountain View on one of the top floors which was lovely!! Reception staff were very helpful and gave us free breakfast as we were staying 2 nights!! We were also given a gift at the end of a locally produced bag. Definitely recommend if you have a Mountain View on a high floor level !!!
