하필 우리가 묵을 때 많은 사람이 묵어서 조식은 부족했고 호텔 청소도 급하게 한 거 같은 티가 났어요!

完全是離辦事地點近而選擇這家酒店，衞生和環境都一般，距離生活便利店都有一段距離，附近有很多意大利餐館，好像此地是意大利人的集聚地

Stayed in room 402. Ice maker on 4th floor did not work, therefore had to go to another floor. Sliding "barn door" to the bathroom was extremely noisy and difficult to move. Made enough noise that it would wake-up someone sleeping. Handle to shower door was so loose it was about to fall off. In addition there was no grab bar in the shower making it feel somewhat unsafe.

The front desk staff on the night of 2/2/24 was extremely rude and unhelpful. We needed a blow dryer which was not in the room and extra blankets to sleep that night. He said we needed to wait until the morning to receive the items from house keeping. I came to the hotel specifically to shower and sleep before an important meeting the next day so this made no sense. Furthermore I left my phone at the front counter and the Staff at the front did not have the decency to call me to tell me he had it , plus I was at the counter twice in person which were both opportunities to give me the phone. I had to use find my iPhone to track it down instead. Also breakfast is supposed to go until 10 am but the supply of food was finished at 9 am and there was no more food per the staff. The was also no cinnamon for the oa**eal. Otherwise hotel was overall clean and the other staff at front desk on 2/3/24 were much more helpful and kind. Not many good restaurants surrounding, but area was quiet and seemed safe.

Everything was fine except we had a ground floor room near the exit door which slammed very loud every time someone went in or out which lasted until nearly midnight. Not the best for sleeping

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was fine, bed was comfortable, but, we requested extra pillows in advance, it was noted when we checked in: no extra pillows requiring a phone call. The bathroom area has no additional heating, no matter what we turned the thermostat to, it was COLD in there!! Not condusive for taking a shower! Breakfasts: whoa, SO disappointing. We've been to at least a dozen hotel chains with included breakfast. Eggs barely warm same brown & serve dried out breakfast sausage every single morning, no microwave to warm up the lukewarm eggs (or melt the cheese provided to add). Pre-cooked waffles lukewarm (other hotels have waffle irons to make your own fresh ones) Coffee - "eh", not very good quality. Really disappointing. Oh, the area for eating breakfast? Not enough chairs for everyone to sit. People in their 70's like us, can't sit in high-top bar stools comfortably. We expected better.

All of the staff were very polite, professional and more than willing to help us.
Great property, very clean well appointed rooms, ample parking and very safe area.
Perfect location for our business needs. Will be coming back often.
