Neat nice environment, close to a National park

Everything was great, clean room, polite and smiling reception. Small disappointments were: parking is 10$ overnight and no free water bottles in the room (2$ each bottle). The rest is fine, perfect for 1-2 nights stay.

My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

They tried to charge me $10/night for parking but removed when I showed their listing mentioned free parking on Trip.

Our toilet in our room did not work from day one. We called and asked to have maintenance come fix it rather than switching rooms. It took over an hour and we had to leave to dinner. We stopped by the front desk and told them. The response was “well at least there is another toilet down here you can use until maintenance gets there” 🤔. When we returned maintenance had been there but left the door to our room wide open and also a dirty poopy rag on the bathroom sink near our toothbrushes. I called right away and they sent some up to get the rag and clean the counter. That man blamed the rag on housekeeping, who were great, but both mornings ignored our do not disturb sign and incessantly knocked until we got up to answer the door. Everyday our toilet would not flush well and was an issue the entire time.
The bed was very hard. Great if you like that. Not so much if you prefer to wake up not feeling pain.
To make all of this right the hotel granted some bonus points to our Honors acct.

This is my go-to hotel when in Tucson, Az. Friendly staff and clean hotel. As a solo traveler, I feel safe here.

Staying with family for a wedding. I was the last to arrive. No room available so I was moved to a Hampton inn in a loud unsafe part of town— separated from my family. I was originally booked for 2 night and told to come back for the 2nd night for my room. Very upsetting
