The hotel itself was nice and well cared for. It must be next to a homeless shelter as they were everywhere. We never felt unsafe, but I was alone without my husband it would have been different.

The rooms are very plain and there is not enough lighting. It is right next to an onramp for the highway. Traffic can get backed up and makes it impossible to enter and exit. There are other ways to enter m. You can use the gas station parking lot or the entrance behind the gas station. The parking near the building is limited. There is more parking around back but it seems super sketchy back there. The hotel is next to another hotel which looks kind of run down I have never stayed at a Hyatt Place before and I didn’t hate it but I also didn’t love it. Staff was friendly and responsive. It seemed clean but had a slight bad smell when we arrived.

Everything was great, except the shower head. The water pressure and temperature was awful!!! Everything else was great.

If there were more eating establishments within walking distance but other than that, it was a nice place to stay for us locals. Very comfortable bed, night desk staff was great (Tre). Would recommend this hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel it is not safe! There's shattered glass everywhere from car breakings. There are no lights at the back of the parking lot and homeless waiting for you to leave your car so they can break in. We end up leaving because we didn’t feel safe.

Nice place, clean & easy access to highway. Good location but the area around it is not so great, every place has bad neighbors I guess. Side facing away from highway was very quiet. Good price & close to everything is a winner. Cheers. JJ

The staff was great at this location including the man that made breakfast! Room was clean and evrything was fine, hot tub was cold as ice, pool supposed to be heated was also cold as ice, fireplace outside by pool broken, homeless all over the place so cant feel safe and feel like you have to watch your car all night. I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it dodnt work. Was told they can call maintenance but they wont be in until 6am then next day! Could have stayed at the Motel 6 and got the same experience. Sad for a Hyatt.

The hotel was fine, room was clean and comfortable, but the area around seemed unsafe and not very welcoming.

This is a ok hotel however the area is a dump. Homeless and drug use out in the open within 40 yards of door. One of the elevators made hideous noises and grinding sounds. Rooms were clean fairly recently renovated, Air conditioner was loud. Breakfast was good and better than most. I would not bring my family into this area or hotel again due to the surroundings. 3 stars is a benefit of the doubt rating based on the above. I felt bad for the staff. They were kind, professional, and well trained. This place must get visible security on property before something bad happens. Wondered about my car all night.
