Everything was great except for a barking dog in a room close by, some children running in the halls, and someone pounding on their door to be let in because they forgot their card key, this was not the staffs fault, just people not being respectful of others. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff was friendly. The breakfast food was very good, prepared hot with the cook maintaining the food and keeping it clean. The rooms were very clean and they tidied up the room and cleaned the bathroom and brought in all clean towels and new toiletries. When we next visit Tucson, I will use this hotel again. There was a fitness room that had everything that most people would want, but we were too tired to use it.

This was one of my slowest check in ever, plus they did not validate my gold membership privileges I ask them about it and Ty the hotel working said it didn’t show on her screen

Good quiet hotel close to our destination. We used tbe hot tub/jacuzzi. Hot and clean, and NO kudsin it (yeah!) It had a heated pool too. Coffee and tea in room and breakfast in the morning included, hot or continental. Good room ammenities.
Mini fridge. One bulb out in bedroom lamp. Tiny pool towels, insubstantial im all ways. We had to leave an ID at front desk to check out pool gate key and towels. They kept your id laying out on the counter behimd the registration desk due any employer, until we collected then at return. My reservation payment was not supposed to process until checkin but it processed in the morning way before we got there. Bed springs are noise when you turn. The room A/C works well but on 2nd floor, it's stuffy at night when the A/C cycles off. The people above us we could hear and it woke us, them walking around

Front desk attendant was courteous and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just what we needed and attendants were friendly. Overall great place for a stopover on our road trip.

Nice room overall. Bed was good but pillows really too soft. Staff and facilities allowed our small pet. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However the rooms were a little run down, the AC was a little noisy, the vents pointed right on the bed, and there is no way to make the fan constant.
