The room is ok with a park view and therefore rather quiet. However the breakfast needs some improvement. Food hasn’t been refilled as often and the waffle machine and yoghurt machine are not functioning well!

There is no shuttle service to this property, cab to and from airport was $80.00. Refrigerator not working properly, froze everything we put in it. Was finally fixed the next day.

It was really a joy to stay here. Exceptional everything mattress air in the room super comfy! Everything clean and all staff exceptional! We will definitely be back here next time we come! Also close to everything anywhere we wanted to go!

Great location, just off the freeway. This is our “go to” place whenever the Tucson Gem Show is here.

I have stayed at this resort numerous times during Tuscan Gem Show 💎 and have not had any complications until this trip. Our room was directly across from the freeway which is unfortunately nonstop 24/7. This made sleeping nearly impossible. There was also a horrible error on the part of the hotel with regard to fees which held up quite a bit of funds for both myself and my family and the hotel staff, general manager included continously avoided us rather than assisting with their error. It wasnt until arriving home that the errors were reversed. This did put a damper on our financial situation. Unfortunately this will be the last time staying at this chain.

Well run hotel. Central to Gem Show. Very clean and comfortable. Forgot to tip maids-sorry! I'll make-up for it next year!

The place has easy access off I-10 freeway, but the parking lot was pretty tight (and full).
The room was clean, as expected. However, being on the 3rd floor, on the north side of the building (facing the freeway) there was lots of traffic noise all night, plus the freight train horns. Fortunately, the AC unit was kinda loud, and drowned much of it.
Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.
We'll probably stop there again for our overnight stay on another trip.

People were nice. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our key to work. Asked for help. The next day the guy came and said battery needed to be changed. The bathroom shower head kept slipping down while in use. Needed to be repaired. The headset on the phone was torn off. Repaired on day two. The floor is uneven and the drawers were always sliding open and staying open. It’s unfortunate as the people are nice they just have a truly awful building

Needed a little staycation shows this hotel with a Jacuzzi tub. It was great and quiet friendly staff includes continental breakfast.
