Good location, Ck in great. Room was decorated great, great layout. Didn't give 5 stars, shower was only barely warm not hot, beds were soft and lumpy, not what expected from a Sheraton.

The accommodations were excellent. It was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was one of the best I have had. Eggs seemed fresh some plain and some with vegetables. Not all dried out. There was a worker that served coffee and kept checking on us. She was excellent. Would definitely return here.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials. Breakfast buffet was included and delicious. Everything was perfect.

Hotel was nice and clean but my car got broken into during this stay and they acted like it was a normal thing. Said they found the guys doing it and just told him to leave. Very unprofessional.

The carpets were stained and very old. The elevator was also dirty and quite old. It shook when going up and down.

Fridge didnt work & couldnt tell if it was plugged in or not cuz you cant pull it out of the cabinet. There was no noise and no cold air from it. Hair dryer barely gets more than cool on the highest setting. Only one wash cloth. No bags in the trash cans. Breakfast not bad but terrible fake pressed bacon. No automatic doors for handicap access. Terrible at montana entrance because it's on a downhill and to try to hold the door and push or pull a wheelchair uphill is terrible! Same for the restaurant for breakfast with no automatic door. No counter space in bathroom. Need more bath towels for floor since shower is open for handicap access, water gets everywhere outside. Shower head had so much build up the water felt like needles. I stuck a pin in each hole to get some crust out and soften the water pressure. Conditioner bottle was about empty, ran out. Night stand lights didnt work at all despite trying all the buttons. Charging for Wi-Fi in this day and age is absurd! Beds and bedding comfy and love that we got 4 pillows. Room and bathroom great for handicap room. Overall, the hotel and room was lovely. But there were so many little annoyances with all the things that were not in working condition.

Had a wonderful stay. The beds were kind of awkward and a bit hard baut but other than that was good.
