Adobe Rose Inn

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is such a beautiful property and so unique. The bed was comfortable and the bath was almost my favorite part. It really makes you feel at home. The breakfast was phenomenal. She planned everything so well. The bacon was just right, the tamales had all the right flavors and the cornbread was just a little crunchy on top with a soft inside. Delicious!

I had a wonderful relaxing stay for a week in August when I stayed in Tucson while my son started as a freshman at the University of Arizona. The Inn is just a couple of blocks walk from the University in the Sam Hughes neighbourhood, which I felt very safe walking through by myself. The Inn is a true oasis in the desert, with a beautiful garden, sparkling swimming pool, a magnificent 3 course breakfast cooked by Dina every morning and spacious, immaculately clean bedrooms beautifully decorated with local Arizona crafts and furnishings. I stayed in the Casita room which had a separate lounge room and was separate from the main building so I felt like I had plenty of space to myself but could also chat with the other guests at breakfast. Dina made lovely banana muffins and there were snacks and plenty of bottled water we could enjoy during the day which I really appreciated. The inn felt like my own home in Tucson, with free wifi, a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning and 2 TVs in my room and Dina was absolutely the best hostess. Not only was she an amazing cook but she gave me great tips on places to visit like Tombstone and the Desert Museum. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Tucson during my stay but neither came even slightly close to the Adobe Rose Inn. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Dina is such a gem and makes you feel so welcome. We chose the Atanacia Room for direct pool access. Enjoyed a quiet night poolside with ample outdoor lighting. The pool and outside seating areas are beautifully maintained. A little backyard oasis -- located in a very nice Tucson neighborhood. The room itself was very clean with rustic charm and turquoise hues. Not exactly shiny or modern if that is your preference. I hope they freshen up the design/decor in that room a bit someday. Breakfast was perfect as were the baked goods available in the kitchen for guests to help themselves to whenever. Thank you for a special stay.

Absolutely perfect stay at the Adobe Rose. Dina is a gem of a host! The breakfasts were outstanding and a perfect start to our day. We stayed in the Atanacia Room. It is located in the main house as you walk in the front entrance. It is very quiet and the in-room fireplace was the perfect touch in the evenings. It opens directly to the pool area as well. It is conveniently located and was the perfect home base for our trip. I would absolutely recommend the B&B to anyone visiting Tucson.

From the first communication with the innkeeper, Dina to the amazing multi-course delicious breakfasts she prepared, our stay was perfect. We chose the Sam Hughes room in the main house. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious, and attractive. Although it is close to the kitchen, Dina was very quiet while preparing the breakfasts. We rise early so it would not have bothered us had she made noise. The grounds have lovely seating areas with the scent of orange blossoms. We didn't use the pool because of the weather, but it would have been inviting on a hot Tucson afternoon. Dina was available for recommendations. Her thoughtfulness was apparent throughout our stay. We highly recommend Adobe Rose Inn.

We just returned from Tucson vacation. The Adobe Rose was one of the highlights of our trip; simply the best B&B we've ever stayed in! Immaculate rooms and common areas featuring comfortable and colorful Southwestern touches (art; fireplaces; leather couches; bright fun color schemes throughout the property; courtyards with orange and lemon trees, a fountain, lovely seating "pods" to enjoy a coffee or cocktail; cozy pool that gets plenty of sun). Rooms have luxurious beds; great shower; bathrobes; excellent bedside reading lights. Rooms are quiet, very private.Multi-course breakfast to die for! fresh fruit, quiche, frittatas, home made pastries, even breakfast dessert. Different and creative each morning. Super location in quiet, charming neighborhood. Your host, Dina, simply the Best! Impeccable service and so helpful with tips for restaurants, attractions. Dina makes you feel right at home, like you are part of the Adobe Rose family, yet never intrusive. Once there, you'll want to extend your stay.

Wonderful place! Perfect location, bed was very comfortable, everyrhing is immaculately clean and breakfast was delicious.

We stayed two nights and loved it. The location is great. Parking is easy. The staff is wonderful. The room was clean. Breakfasts and snacks were perfect. We will happily return.

Set in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood this beautifully presented B&B is a real find and highly recommended. We had the Sam Hughes room which had plenty of space for the two of us and all our travelling bags. A comfy bed and a nice instant gas fire to give some warmth on the chilly evenings. Loved the bathroom and the shower in tub! Communal areas where breakfast is taken are relaxing and homely, lots of nice little local touches everywhere. We can only echo previous comments about the quality of the daily breakfasts. Delicious!! Staff ( seems rude to call them that) are super friendly with nothing being too much trouble, they should be justifiably proud of the lovely environment/business they have going.
