The Sens Tulum Riviera by Oasis - All Inclusive

We have reservations in February 2025. Can someone please offer advice on which airport to fly into and does the resort offer airport transfers to and from the airport? There seems to be limited information on getting to the resort. This would be great information to include on the website. Thank you

We had a great experience in this hotel. We ate in International Buffet in the mornings with a large variety of food and liked the Italian restaurant so much that we ate there everyday. Very friendly staff...The pools were nice and beach too ( though bad weather prevented on us to spend a long time in them ). They had some entertainment in the evenings with music/dancing and even Karaoke. We had lots of fun...We did not see as many wildlife as we saw in the Playa del Carmen Resort though but we saw an Agouti daily at sunset time near Reception outside. They had many restaurants to choose from and also activities daily in the pool area. It is a Budget Resort so I am not sure how some had really bad reviews. If you expect luxury you must pay for it. The rooms needed some remodeling ( painting was peeling off the ceiling of bathroom, etc ) but this did not prevent me on enjoying ( only an eye sore ) and the AC worked great so that is all it mattered for us. We were barely in the room. Lots of iguanas rooming in the parking lot which was an an attraction for my kids, Parking lot was little far walking from reception but they would take you by GOlf Cart if they were available. I would go back to this hotel, had a pleasant experience...

My husband and I stayed at this Resort 2 years ago when it was managed by Sunscape and loved it. This year's vacation however went from good to horrible. I started contacting The Sens Tulum prior to my arrival and on the day I checked in because there was news of Hurricane Beryl. They eventually ended evacuating us to Oasis Smart and finally to Oasis Pyramid Cancun. The staff at the Oasis Pyramid was horrible from the moment we arrived. Very rude even though this was not our fault. I paid for ocean front and was not given ocean front after confirming we would not be sent back to The Sens Tulum. I attempted to contact the Sens Tulum on several occasions and they did not return any of my calls or messages. Do not spend your money on any of the Oasis hotels.

The entertainment group of Grand Oasis was awesome! Leticia, Gonzalo, & Tony were all so friendly and attentive! They made my solo trip a great experience! For the hotel, some remodeling would be useful! Also better washing/drying of bed sheets!

Spent 1 week in Sens Tulum Riviera (also called Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera) in adults only Sian Kaan section. The amenities listed for Sian Kaan are not really as advertised (in a lot of ways), except that the room and outdoor pool and bed area were nice and spacious, and there were robes in the room. The outside shared space for Sian Kaan has more beds and mini pools (limited shade), but there are no Sian Kaan areas on the beach (no beds, no chairs, no bar). There are also no adults/Sian Kaan only restaurants. The pools and beach are nice and clear and you can snorkel and see fish right off the beach. There are very few lounge chairs on the beach so be prepared to get up at 7:30/8 am to stake a claim for one. (There are beach beds but you have to pay 1k pesos for them each day.) The food is quite good but it's not quite as described. There is a large buffet plus 4 other restaurants (pasta/pizza, mexican, japanese fusion, and bistro) plus a hamburger/hotdog/nacho area by the kids play centre and cold pre-made sandwiches at the sports bar. Some restaurants are closed some days. The Miramar bistro and Careyes restaurant were advertised as elite and sian kaan use only; the bistro was open to everyone for lunch and dinner and the other restaurant closed a month ago. Combined this made for waits some days of 30-40 minutes (no reservations). There are 2 outside bars during the day and 1 in the lobby. Nothing is open after 11 pm. The activities were ok - limited kayaking and snorkeling tours, daily yoga, etc. Evening entertainment was a mix of karaoke and limited musical performances. The sports "bar" is kids/family/teenager focused. It has games and the coffee and tea drinks are good but there is no alcohol. (Oasis has an app with daily activities and restaurant listings.) PS Ran into numerous people staying in the main area of the resort who said they would not be back. Problems with water, air conditioning, broken furniture, etc. Apparently that was sold under Oasis Tulum Riviera.

Buen hotel, tranquilo y apto para niños. La comida y servicio es muy bueno. El servicio y atención de Andrea, Brenda y Daniela en Kiddo Zone es excelente. Excelente atención de Sandy en Miramar y Raúl en Sarape. Como cualquier hotel tiene sus areas de oportunidad, por lo que esperamos que sean atendidas como el mantenimiento a las albercas o habitaciones. Es un muy buen lugar para relajarte y dejar atrás el bullicio de la ciudad o zona Hotelera con mucho movimiento.

Estafa total hice mi reserva por ******* al parecer mi reserva se diplico y me cobraron doble cancele una de las reservas y NO me quieren rembolsar mi dinero a pesar que fui al hotel con la reserva que deje activa todo estuvo fatal las instalaciones son muy viejas, el servicio es muy pesimo alimentos y bebidas de mala calidad lo peor del caso es que al check out pasaban por nosotros a las 2 pm y no me dejaron quedarme a esperar mi transportacion si no pagaba un late check out me sacaron del hotel con todo y maletas. Es increible ******* esta haciendo todo para ayudarme pero ellos se niegan a dar un rembolso de una reserva que no se utilizo porque utilize otra reserva en las mismas fechas exactamente.

El hotel increíble, las instalaciones súper cómodas, la playa muy limpia, y la atención increíble, en especial Araceli, mucha atención, dedicación todo el tiempo, siempre pendiente de nosotros, 10/10, increíble su trabajo 🥰, los restaurantes tienen comida muy rica, todo en su totalidad es una verdadera experiencia, quede muy satisfecha.

Excelente Hotel, Su fortaleza principal es la ubicación y las espectaculares vistas del mar desde las habitaciones y los restaurantes. Hay algunas áreas de oportunidad en servicio a cuartos por ejemplo, detalles que pueden mejorar. Pero gracias a Marisol de concierge en Thé Sian Ka'an recepción que me quedé con muy buen sabor de boca. Me mandó mis amenidades que no tenía en habitación como pantuflas, me mandó mis fresas con chocolate. Gracias por todas sus atenciones. También no puedo dejar de agradecer las atenciones de Noeli en Coffee & Me, el mesero Alejandro en Restaurante Miramar. Hay personal que vale mucho la pena en el hotel. Gracias por hacer mi estancia placentera.
