Good experience. Staff friendly and called me back during the week as they had vacancy for us when at the start they didn’t. Clean motel room and nice views - felt like we were in the trees. Easy access to room and to the town. Very quiet and off the main road.

The rooms are excellent, comfortable, quiet and spacious. It is a short walk to town across the park which is very pleasant. We were a little disappointed in the recommendations of the owner who just seemed to point to the closest places. I didn't deal with the owner but was told he was a little 'cold'. If we ever return to Tumbarumba would we stay here again? Probably but we'd check out other places as well.

Lovely room, had lino flooring in the pet friendly room. Located opposite the park so easy to take the dogs for a walk. In a quiet location and walking distance tothe town. It was raining so it was great to find a place that allows pets in the room for a small extra fee

Had a 1 night stay with my two dogs,who were welcome in the room. The motel was in a quiet area with a lovely outlook. The room was clean with plenty of room to move,bed very comfortable. Had everything I needed & more. Had room service from the onsite Elms restaurant , so many wonderful dishes to choose from. Dinner was wonderful . Would recommend this place & hope to visit again one day.

I hoped into bed and was laying there went I could smell urine. The pillows were clean but in closer inspection there was long dark hair strands in the bed and the smell of urine. They moved me rooms and when I pulled back those sheets there was also hair in the bed and the sheets wrinkled which made me think they don’t change the sheets in the rooms. I’m not overly fussy, I stay in motels all the time but I refuse to sleep in urine or a strangers sheets.

Great Hotel, with comfortable, spacious and highly clean rooms. Excellent restaurant with a very comfortable and classy lounge where you get served the most exquisite meals and a wide rang menu to choose from. The coffee is the real thing to complete the delicious deserts and all this in the perfect ambiance of great music. In one word I can just classify it as TOP of the Top in Australia.

What an outstanding Motel with a great restaurant !! It's clean and well presented throughout. The friendly and helpful management and staff (room service and restaurant) make you feel like no request is too much. A good place to stay and dine at in this beautiful region. Thank you TTM&ER 👍

Traditional country motel, well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a good sized room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great - plenty of hot water. The attached restaurant and bar was very convenient with great food and service. Nice quiet area.

Beautiful setting. very peaceful. All staff were lovely. Restaurant food was excellent. Our waiter Laurence was cheerful and chatty and very attentive. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Tumbarumba.
