Thought I'd try the pool, but chose not to for fear of overuse by people I saw and maybe not cleaned adequately afterward.
The overhead bathroom light in my room (125) did not work. The heat lamp on a timer (with a regular bulb) was made to double for the overhead. Strange to figure out.

So the air conditioning unit rattled bad when it was trying to cool. The coffee maker was too dirty to use. There was massive staining on the mattress which disturbed me a little. The staff was great and the breakfast was quaint and clean. Gunna try them again , maybe I just had a bad room

Very nice stay for the price. The only complaint is that the carpet in the halls hold smell of smoke. But again for the price it is great. If the property considered swapping to hard floor it would probably help the cause a lot though.

Room was not very clean, sheets and comforters were dirty and locks on the doors were missing and broken so didn’t feel very safe.

The only complaint was breakfast. Cheap and not good. Better to just go out for breakfast. Other than that the place was excellent.

I rented the Thomas Jefferson suite and the curtains was broken there was hair all in the tub and the staff was rude no privacy my brother was dropping by for 10 minutes and as soon as he walks to my room they called saying he couldn’t visit definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL LOUD AND RUDE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Lots of notices of fees for various violations. Many of the electrical outlets aren’t working on lamps.

DIRTY!!! i booked two rooms, one was ok, the other had a terrible smell. It smelled like the room had mold.
I went to the front desk and asked for a refund for both rooms. The desk clerk was very apologetic and gladly issued a refund.

The pool was closed until after checkout in the morning, which is horrible customer service. The continental breakfast was very lacking. Unless you like sugary cereal, packaged oatmeal or waffles, you go hungry. The sheets were also the wrong size for the bed and came off when you laid on the bed. I used to think Baymont was a decent hotel, not anymore. If I could give this property a negative rating, I would.
