Rude customer service and false advertising. Property shows self service washers and dryers. Not true. 100 pesos for 3 items. 80 animals....false a few monkeys. Visitors not aloud at property. They will be kicked out. We were asked not to eat on property while walking to vehicle with a Pizza in hand. Terrible rude customer service.

We had a fantastic time staying here. We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive. We arrived late in the evening, and the security guard had to open the gate to let us in. The staff were very friendly, and welcomed us with great hospitality. We had a cozy little room right near the lobby. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the waterpark (that we didn't really know about) was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was a great value. We definitely recommend!

We liked the place, had a complete kitchen. Staff was good, good beds good AC. The restaurant was delicious (authentic Chiapas breakfast). My kids love the water park (a little run down, but did the job). Great value!

Básicamente todo bien, solo el detalle cuando entregarnos la habitación qué nos hicieron pagar por que una de las toallas estaba sucia, no era nada del otro mundo pero por no seguir discutiendo lo pague pero no creo volver a regresar a ese hotel

Me gusto el parque acuático, está genial para estar con tu hijos y pasar muchos momentos divertidos; no me gusto la habitación que nos dieron no salía agua de la regadera, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y son muy pequeñas las habitaciones dobles, además tuvimos problemas al registrarnos, la reserva la hice para 2 adultos 2 niños y porque tenía habitación triple me decían que yo hiciera denuevo hasta que dijera cuádruple; les dije que no lo haría pues mi reserva decía 2 adultos 2niños con camas dobles, supongo nos dieron la que quisieron y que no saliera agua de la regadera; después que pedimos el cambio pagamos un extra para irnos a una más grande luego de eso ya estuvimos cómodos. No volveremos a ese hotel, iremos solo al Parque acuático puedes pagar tu entrada sin ser huésped.

Es un lugar muy bonito, muy limpio, personal amable y atento, accesibles...las habitaciones limpias y decoradas a la temática del hotel, precios accesibles estacionamiento suficiente, la vdd ya superado mis expectativas, lo recomiendo!!

personal amable y atento, tienen un exelente servicio, habitacion confortable , el desayuno exelente, y el acceso de cortesia al parque acuatico es un plus exelente, recomendable para pasarla en familia
