We enjoyed three lovely nights here. We had a 2 bedroom apar**ent overlooking the lake. The setting was beautiful and the apar**ent was spacious, clean and all requirements för our stay. There is a pool on the Sebel site and a pleasant walk across to the pool, bar and facilities at the novotel on the other side of the lake

The view from our room was great and we enjoyed our stay quite well. A couple things to point out would be 1. I could hear all the foot steps from upstairs every day and night. 2. The pool water quality weren’t exciting. 3. We stayed for 7 nights but no houses keeping. ( They gave us extra dishwash detergent or toilet rolls if we ask though)

Stayed in a two bedroom unit for a few days over Easter. Great stay facilities and location second to none with beach two minutes away and use of Novotel food and beverage offerings a huge plus. Resort pools are clean and more than one to choose from if needed. Unit was a little tired. There were a few broken items, but these were minor, and the overall unit was clean and comfortable for family. Underground parking and BBQ on the balcony were also bonuses. Will be back.

The mattress is very comfortable and firm. Had good night’s sleep for the entire time we were there. Free water sports activities, shared cafes and convenient store walking distance from the accomodation. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely choose to stay at Sebel Twin Waters again.

A home away from home, a Perfect unit.
BUT, One major downfall, from the master bedroom you could hear someone use the toilet from the adjoining unit.. NOT GOOD.

My family stayed at Sebel Twin Waters for two weeks. We had a three bed apar**ent which overlooked beautiful bushland, the lagoon, and in the distance was the Maroochy River. The apar**ent was clean and modern with plenty of space and well appointed with modern appliances. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning listening to the beautiful birdsong and some mornings we were joined by a trio of Kookaburras and quite a few warbling Magpies. We took daily walks around the beautiful grounds, stopping to watch friendly kangeroos and the odd big lizard. The broadwalk was lovely to walk on, and having Novotel across the lagoon and being able to use their facillties was a plus. The staff at The Sebel were friendly and helpful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
