This property has everything you need. It's a short walk to everything you want to do. The room I stayed in has everything I need, mainly a microwave and refrigerator.

Sink leaked all over bathroom. Nobody came to fix it after reported. Bedside lamps had a short in them and would go off and on on their own so i could not read. Also not fixed after reported. Feet were black after walking around in our tinybroom si floor was ibviously not mopped. Refrigerator thought it was a freezer and froze our drinks. Bed was ok even though kind of hatd but had a broken spot in bedframe that poked me several times i was getting up. Front employee was pleasant but we will not return to Tybee Island becausevof having to pay to park everywhere or Dunes because of those issues with broken down furnishings and cleanliness. Goodbye Tybee..not going to miss you.

Cleanliness for an older hotel. The court yard was so nice with the fire towers that you could sit around. Enjoyed the stay.

The staff was very helpful, giving us to places to eat and visit. The room was very clean very enjoyable stay and we would come back.

No housekeeping in the room. No phone in room. Called front desk from my cell phone to get more towels but never answered. Not a busy season at all and they gave us a room across the street behind the hotel (parking lot practically empty).

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach which is nice. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that was horrible. The floors were disgustingly dirty and one of the pillows had makeup on it. I went to the front desk and told the attendant. He was very nice and understanding. He gave us a room that was much nicer.

Staff was very friendly.
But that didn't make up for dirty bedding and hair all over the bathroom.
