It was a classic stay at a vintage haveli with modern amenities. If you want to feel some vintage vibes at udaipur. This is the place. A small issue is regarding parking as it is located in old udaipur as well as it is surrounded by many other havelis. Else you ll remember your stay here. Must visit

Great experience staying in this hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Especially manager madan singh. Location excellent, very near to foot over bridge. Rooftop restaurant is nice, nice lake view. Food little bit expensive compare to nearby restaurants. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Ambience is good but the room was very small with limited facilities. Food quality was bad and very expensive. We had booked for 3 adults but were allocated only 2 beds, on request additional mattress was provided. But the room was so small that it was difficult to accommodate mattress. Makemytrip should ensure that for booking for 3 persons such rooms are not listed. On checking with the hotel manager i was informed that makemytrip misleads customers- listing such rooms. On next visit he requested me to book room directly contacting hotel instead of makemytrip

Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. However, the air conditioning left something to be desired, and there were issues with the television. Despite these minor inconveniences, everything else was satisfactory.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at hotel panorama haveli, and it was an experience i wouldn't wish upon anyone. From start to finish, the level of service was abysmal. Here's a breakdown of my nightmarish stay:filthy rooms: the room i was given was far from clean. There were stains on the bedding, hair in the bathroom, and a musty odor that permeated the entire space. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. Lack of amenities: despite the hotel's claims of amenities, many were either unavailable or in poor condition. The gym equipment was outdated and malfunctioning, the pool was murky and uninviting, and the promised wi-fi barely worked. Unresponsive staff: any attempt to address these issues with the staff was met with indifference and apathy. Requests for assistance or basic amenities were either ignored or met with excuses. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a concern for them. Overpriced disaster: to add insult to injury, the price i paid for this dismal experience was exorbitant. The value for money was non-existent, and i felt like i had been swindled out of my hard-earned cash. Overall, my stay at [hotel name] was a complete disaster. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic courtesy made it a night to forget. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodation. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment

Location was good, lake view, food was average, service was ok, staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean

I only visited the restaurant at this place, I didn't stay at the hotel. The meals were good and the portion size was more than I was able to eat. Waiting service was ok. The best part for most of the restaurant's customers might be the rooftop view that you have while eating your meal.
