The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your de***ds met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jag***dir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

Overall experience was amazing. The fact that you are staying in a palace which has been home of a world’s oldest and heroic dynasty makes the stay more adventurous. The luxury and royal touch in the whole property has no match. The staff is very nice. Particularly the ***ager shri Maheep ji is always available and endeavours to make your stay here memorable. The food was delicious. The rooms, swimming pools and other amenities in the hotel are luxurious and tidy. Last but not the list rooms have a great view of Lake pichola.

The food and ambience was beyond compare. Everything was superb. Mr Bunty was very kind and cooperative. The pepperoni pizza was excellent but the Margherita pizza was average and needs improvement. I think that the pepperoni pizza should have some more pepperoni.

Amazing experience and fabulous coffee with delicious cookies. At palki khana restaurant bhupendra singh and shukhpreet kaur were very helpful.

The stay was one of a kind. The hospitality was at its best. Staff members here are very polite and well spoken. The food makes the stay a cherry on the top with exceptional taste. Laal maas is a must try.

A perfect place to feel the luxury, heritage and royalty. The staff here are very good, especially lalu ram ji was always available, food is amazing, especially traditional rajasthani cuisines.

Loved the stay... Loved the food... In love with city and palace... The staff at the Restaurant kuldeep ji, Pratap ji, Ayan and pinki the are very sweet. Giving everything you want to eat with smile on face. I hope will come back soon to have such a wonderful experience.
