The service at this hotel was very good. We were not happy with our rooms but they went out of their way to accommodate us. The groups and setting within the palace are beautiful and the food at breakfast was fresh. They were happy to make anything on request. We didn't use the pool facilities but it looked welcoming.

The experience is regal of living in a palace. The place seems to have waning relevance in the big picture of current times. But the service staff here is next level and makes you feel royal with all your de***ds met with a smile and in an instant. Food was awesome at Paantya and special mention of Kuldeep Rathore and Lalu Ram is in order for the brilliant personalised breakfast service we had at Paantya. All in all, wonderful overall.

The best palace experience ever! Good food and great hospitality- special thanks to kuldeep rathor, laluram, bhajen basak n pratap Singh! Memorable stay! Museum within campus and boat ride to jag***dir was awesome too. Lovely place. Highly recommended...

We visit city palace museum after that we had lunch in palkikhana restaurant we had great experience in restaurant we order a pizza and some moctail like mojito and pink city the taste of drinks is nice. Chandragupta and bhupendra singh assit very well and friendly

The food in the restaurant is amazingly delicious....And the service provided and warmth extended while attending to us especially by Ms Phinda and Mr Bhajen is worth mentioning....Really enjoyed the ambience and the service at the place of stay as well

Fantastic and dadecated job done by Bhupendra singh and Nipin they done service like personalized. We are happy to here . quality of food and cocktails is ossom. Venue and ambience also waaooo. Amazing hospitality. Again thanks palikhana team.

Sandipan and the rest of the crew are amazing, with excellent service and very polite, anyone who comes to Udaipur should come here. This is the best place, must see for sure! The palace is a wonder, a sept back in time, very mysterious and magical 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😁🥰

Food was absolutely amazing. They’ve ***aged to master both traditional and international cuisine. Absolutely amazing food and the restaurant is absolutely insane. We were lucky enough to grab the table in front of the windows and cannot describe the royal feeling of this restaurant. This accompanied with top-tier service, the staff is so incredibly friendly and caring and I have to mention Ram Singh who made this experience amazing and took such good care of us!

Had a memorable lunch at the beautiful shiv niwas palace on mother's day. ***oj chef Bhajan Ram singh Nirbhay singh and Finta were very warm and courteous. Lalu Ram ji pampered us thoroughly!!! Italian and Rajasthani cuisine was bang onn!! Beautiful flavours, Heartfelt hospitality.. A special mention of Love chef who is the *** behind every detailing in food and service. Kudos!! Truly commendable leadership.😊🙏
