Rooms look good on the surface, but full of problems when you actually live in them: toilet flush doesn't work, no toilet paper, no hand towel, fan knob is broken (it's either on + full speed or off entirely - can't control speed), cabinets creak sooo loud that you'll refuse to open/use them, key card stopped working so they gave me a manual key but it takes a lot of jiggling in the keyhole to open the door, I could go on...
Cleanliness also looks okay on the surface but when you take off bed cover and closely examine the sheet underneath you can see stains and a few hairs, there's only one sheet between you and mattress underneath (hygiene issue - sweat will definitely reach the mattress), room is dusty wherever not visible (under bed, inside cabinets, etc.)

No proper ventilation pillow not proper linen cover dirty , stay was for one night we reached checked in at 5.45 pm and check out next day at 8.39 am ,

Excellent and good stay. Nice location very near to the temple. Food and room everything was fine.

Jyothis residency is located very close to the temple. Just a few steps away. I was apprehensive while booking for my family of 4 adults and my elderly mother after reading some of the not so good reviews online. But am very happy with my decision. The rooms were so clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the staff were courteous too. Check in was quick. We had booked suite rooms but they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom presidential suite. It was like home with all of us in the same suite. Attached restaurant serves decent food.

I have gone for temple visit and one night i have stayed. Earlier also i have stayed because the access to temple and totally staffs are friendly and helpful. I need to specify one name mr. Biju who was really excellent in guiding and very polite in handling customers. Because of him we can opt for the room in the hotel

It is a good place to stay with family. This is very close to sri mookambika temple. Spacious and clean rooms, good and courteous staff.

Pros: good location, close to the temple rooms are decently maintained good kerala restaurant friendly staff valet parking and they manage parking within the hotel space cons: didn't do cleaning and housekeeping the second day of the stay in spite of request.

The staff are well behaved. The location is easily accessible. The quality of the food from the restaurant is good. If you like kerala food it is a good place to stay. Only drawback is that they don't have a room service
