Wulanchabu Berun Hotel

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sp****, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning didn't work. We asked the hotel to fix it, but they just told us to wait an hour. Unfortunately, they didn't fix anything and the room was 27 degrees all night. We complained again at 4am and all they did was bring us a fan.

This hotel just feels a little.. rushed? As in the building and the room itself. I’ll start with the pro’s: the staff are excellent. Happy to help, happy to find answers, and we’re even able to help organise a driver last minute for me for 3 days- assisting with the communication even after I’d checked out. Oh, and the breakfast was good. On the con side, the building itself. The tv doesn’t have connectivity to stream your mobile device as is common of lesser starr’ed hotels, the air con never seemed to want to be on anything below max heating, the shower takes 20minutes it feels like to heat up, the paint looks tired and, in spaces dirty, and same with the room - you can tell it’s tidied between guests but there were crisp crumbs on the floor. Overall, considering the price point and what you get for that in other areas of China, it’s quite overpriced. 5/5 for the front desk staff and helpfulness, 1/5 for the room.

房間內部忘了拍照 設施設備確實老舊、使用痕跡非常明顯 ；衞生還可以 ；雙床房比大床房那邊窗外的景觀好；同層的帶孩子的客人一點也不注意 晚上十點十一點了回來還在樓道大聲喧嘩 還不是很小的孩子 得有十歲左右那種 酒店可以入住時提醒一下 、我們也帶孩子但是不會很早或很晚出去大聲喧嘩；房間太熱了 不是一般的熱 早上起來鼻子、嗓子全都難受 臉都爆皮了 空氣加濕器根本不管用 潤膚乳用完了後面打掃也沒給；早餐時一個女主管 臉擦得特別白 態度很不友好 鼻孔看人 眼睛長在頭頂 請你們自查一下 是不是走後門進來的 這種架勢不適合出來上班 服務這一項的分直接被她拉下去了 本來其他人都挺好的；推薦酒店的早餐和自助晚餐

環境：酒店位置不錯，有室內游泳池下午1:00-9:00開放。 服務：整體服務都還不錯。 衞生：衞生做的也很好，門口掃雪也很及時。 設施：設施比較陳舊，床墊、傢俱，浴室都比較舊。 餐飲：早餐品種豐富，物美價廉，38一位種類很豐富，還有午餐和晚餐自助以及點菜的中餐館，性價比都很高，住店的客人還能享受優惠。

服務態度特別好，房間也很棒，由於空氣特別乾燥，還配有加濕器，這個特別重要！每天都有水果贈送！ 由於沒有時間，沒機會品嚐贈送的下午茶，有機會還會入住的。

衞生：房間整潔舒適，保潔很到位 設施：有前後左右的路面停車場，也有單向進出地庫，地庫停車位不窄，大冬天不擔心凍住車門；泳池的水很乾凈，且躺椅休息區、更衣室、浴室都很整潔 服務：二樓餐廳味道不賴，可以送餐；所有的工作人員態度非常好，給堂副羅經理贊贊👍

烏蘭察布豪華酒店排名第一的酒店，大年初四入住，體驗不錯，非常推薦。 設施：超級大的停車場，地下車庫也可以使用，很方便。因為過節期間，酒店大堂布置的很有節日氛圍 服務：服務很好，工作人員都很友善，退房的時候還有歡送水果
