I stayed at this hotel for one night on 5 November 2022. The staff were very helpful and always made me feel comfortable with a smile. I am Japanese and I love bathing in hot water. The water here is set a little lower in temperature (40°C), so it felt warm to me. I think it is very good for a long soak, and as there are four public baths, it might be good to change the temperature for each bath. The facilities are very clean, including the rooms. Overall a very satisfying and memorable holiday for me. Thank you.

Very relaxing stay at the hotel. Calm oasis with limited villas so there are high staff to guest ratio. We were very well looked after from check in to check out. It is a place to do nothing and just be with nature in luxury. We especially enjoyed the in-villa hot spring tub. Would return again. Jeff’s cellar served stunning meals. One of a kind experience in the cosy cave experience.

Many facilities can keep you relaxed restaurant food is nice especially the breakfast many choices. Price as expected on the high side.

Superb experience staying at the Banjaran, the service is excellent and every detail is taken care of. Special shoutout to Veron for giving us a tour and explaining in great detail of each facilities. He has went the extra to make our stay comfortable, extremely greatful.
