The hotel staff was amazing. Don't let the outside of the room fool you. The rooms are very nice for the price. Will be staying there again in the future.

I wouldn't recommend staying there unless you hustling or homeless. Dirty linen, filthy shower curtains, broken locks on doors, Terrible night time staff, holes in ceilings and walls in select rooms. They have the nerve to charge $100 deposits whenever they feel like it! Stay at your own risk!!!!

Awaiting a refund for the charge received for *******. Night attendant canceled the previous reservation. They also gave me a receipt. The manager was professional and offered to assist with authorization if necessary.

The overall property was neat and clean
Room 207 the t.v. didn't work, which front desk asked if I wanted to cancel my room because they were fully booked, but I had already paid for it. I didn't have enough money to wait for a refund and go to another hotel.
The room smelled bad, the microwave ALSO didn't work, and the sheets were dirty on 1 bed.

Overall stay was just okay! Things I didn’t like: dirty towels with stains, no shower curtain at all so the floor floods everytime, no inside security lock for the door & no housekeeping checked on me all 4 days being there!

The staff was okay. I'm not sure if one of them really cared that my frig didn't work or that the toilet was loose on the floor

This is not the type of hotel for pleasure. it did meet my needs because of its proximity to the airport. the actual location is not safe.
