The worst maintained hotel I have stayed recently. Small room , most un clean bathrooms, mirrors as old as hotel (not less than 20 years) . We were in 5th floor and the balcony rails were broken. So we didn't even open the doors to balcony. If you go and lean on the rails , either the iron rail will fall 5 floors down or you will.... the choice is yours . They charge huge amount. I booked online showing 4 members of my family and paid online. however they charged for extra bed at hotel. we didn't have an option but to pay.

This is a Tourist hotel not well maintained. it’s close to the Temple intact adjacent to it. The Beach is not great very crowded. Since not ***y options you can take this for safety purpose but don’t expect more than a lodge in a Pilgrimage place. Having said that they provide basic food and room services . Rooms are old and pretty unhygienic.

This is not a hotel. Filthy rooms filthy toilets with seepage from drains in the bathroom Drilling noise in the hotel. Extremely pathetic, only place where you can stand is balcony. Please avoid this hotel stay in your car but avoid this cheap lodge

Only advantage is location and nothing else.Service is not good.It cannot handle peak traffic and crowd.In the morning lifts are overcrowded and it is difficult to get a lift in the morning.Breakfast is so so.It charges heavily but in return we do not get the satisfaction.Better to stay in other hotels even if they are slightly away from the temple.They indicate only one mobile number on their website.If you get through that number,you are the luckiest person.The website does not show landline number which is strange.We did not enjoy our stay

Location and view: Good But there are multiple cons: Not maintained. No cleanliness. Door latch broken. Phone not working. Broken electric kettle. No free parking. They charged at the entrance for parking. Heavily priced compared to what they offer.

Service is absolutely bad. Very unhygienic experience. I came about 3pm but rooms were still not ready. Daily cleaning of rooms is also needs lot of follow-up. Only plus point is sea view from balcony.

The location of RNS Residency is excellent with Sea on 3 sides. The magnificent temple, the massive statue of Lord Shiva and the sprawling garden make this place unique. Looking at the Arabian sea from the 18th floor of the temple is simply superb and beyond words. The lighting in the evening with hundreds of bulbs all around the temple and a sea of devotees make the place bustling with life. As regards the hotel, we were lucky to get a sea facing room on the 5th floor and sitting in the balcony in the evening facing the sea and watching the waves was a memorable experience. The ground floor was undergoing renovation and hopefully, after the renovation, the hotel will look better. Overall a good experience.

The only decent stay option right next to the Murdeshwar temple. While the balcony offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the quality of the rooms & the staff service is just average. The rooms seemed old & damp. We may come back just for the balcony view!

Only Positive point about this hotel is: Location & View. But there are multiple cons. - It’s completely not maintained. They have marked it as 4 star property in Google, but it’s a shame. - Toilets are dirty. The comide seats are yellow with urine spots. Is that how you give it to a guest checking into a 4 star property? - The mirrors are broken & there is rust all around - the curtains are full of black fungus. Note: We had visited in August 2023, which was the driest August in the last 100 years. So I did not expect damp rooms. - The room was too cramped. - Electric kettle was not working. These are some of the negatives. I stayed just because I had to stay just for 1 night. Had I booked for longer, it would have been impossible to stay here. I WOULD STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. VERY DIRTY AND UNHYGIENIC.
