For 15 years I have been coming with my family to Lanterna Poreč in Istria. Simple and eco-friendly, beautiful sea for those who like to swim, good service and cleanliness, friendly people. All this makes your vacation unforgettable.

Additional offer in appartments 😊 in Poreč Lanterna resort. A small menagerie was waiting for me on the bed. I thought it was a squirrel, but it was a Glis. They have a very painful bite, but they are very photogenic 😊😊😊 It was nice to see it but not on my bed 😊😊😊

What a wonderful stay! It has been 20 years since me and my family's last holiday in Lanterna and we were happy to find out the place is still as beautiful, quiet and safe as we remember. Holidays were fantastic and we made the most of it when relaxing and recharging, what was our trip's main purpose. However, we were utterly disappointed to discover that condition of the apartments was very poor and far from the pictures advertised. Sadly, instead of receiving proper maintenance / upgrade over the years, the apartments were left to its own demise. Paint peeling of the wall and windows, windows and doors not shutting properly, dated bathroom and furniture.. So much money collected from visitors over the years, yet zero investment to the property maintenance - heartbreaking. Cleanliness could also be improved, finding a layer of dust on the bed frames or on the kitchen counter was not pleasant. We got over this surprise and enjoyed our stay regardless but I feel it's important to list the urgent need of renovation, so the overall experience is improved, as it is indeed long overdue.

Apartments are very old, not renovated since 80ties, There was leaking roof in the first apartment which we got, it was raining, we couldn`t sleep there with small kids. Apartments need renovation, furniture is very old, room is smelly and light in the bathroom was not working properly. Also resort looks already quite old, pictures looks better than it is in reality, apartments are already very used. Not worth the price, resort is in lovely place but apartments are terribly old.

The apartment is outdated It smells like mold, the kitchen is falling apart. there is no television, no internet The apartment is overpriced pictures on the internet are misleading Worst vacation ever

I had a wonderful time in Resort by Valamar! Nice, and clean.. staff was very nice to us. Everything was great. We had a team building with out collegues and for 2 stars hotels, this is comfortable. Resort is so big, have several beaches. Think is not such for families, maybe is more for friends or couples..

Nice and clean apartments with all the necessary things give a home feeling. Very big area for walking and jogging. Very close to the beach. It is a big area but you feel safe there. New is installed photovoltaic panels for electricity. So in this way will be saved energy. Everything is friendly to the environment.

This place is not safe for families and is intimidating for teenage girls with guests caught taking photographs of our teenage daughter and Valamar staff leering at her. Needless to say she was very distraught to the point she refused to leave the apartment. Accommodation is very basic and like an oven. Despite Valamar staff promising a fan this did not arrive during our stay which lead to none of us getting a proper nights sleep. In fact, a member of staff very rudely told us to go and buy one! There were also cockroaches in the apartment, the door frame was broken and there were lots of drunken young people who seemed to party most of the day, all of which added to our fears for our health and safety. How Valamar can put its name to this place is beyond comprehension! If you want to enjoy everything Croatia has the offer then try anywhere else!!

We came for a family holiday, on a budget so we sere thrilled with a price for a three bedroom apt. Accomodation was pretty much everything you need on a coast:clean simple comfortable with large balcony vith see view (top priority). Stone throw from the beach, plenty of shade im pine three mini forest, three restaurats, plenty od ice cream stands for kids, wild shores turnes to turist friendly spots, mafije life to explore just 20-30 meters from the beach... To nam a few. But what counts the most:smiles aplenty from all the staff from house keeping to suvenir guy, Istria and Lanterna will make you feel like long lost friend that finally came back home.
