The rooms are not cleaned or maintained properly, there's mold in walls and the interiors are breaking apart. Staff is good

Door didn’t lock with our key card. Had to call someone with master key card always to open and close. No fan. Room not ok according to the price. Lights not working properly. Bedsheets were unclean. No dental kit.

Unorganised, staff enters in the room using master key.no sign of professionalism.no helping hand to carry luggage.had to take luggage to the 2nd floor on own

Hotel is ok but some services are not so good like minibar. One room minibar is not working and same room cattle was filled with milk and it was rotten. Then room service was not available. Other then that average

I am very disappointed regarding my recent stay at your establishment. Despite booking a deluxe double room, i was initially shown a room that was considerably smaller than expected. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room was poorly lit, creating an uncomfortable environment. After requesting a change twice, i was finally provided with a room that met the standards i had anticipated. However, this experience has left a negative impression on my stay with your hotel.
