The hotel was in general good if somewhat worn and in need of a good "spring cleaning" in my wife's words.

I stay at this hotel most of my trips to Georgia and it is normally awesome. However, this trip I had to change rooms do to room cleanliness (crumbs and something frothy on the carpet). My second room had a lamp bulb out and a flickering bathroom light. The staff was great, but this trip was alot different than my prior experiences.

Our first room-the tv did not work. The second room-we had to have the toilet fixed and shower.

Dried fresh blood on the sheets. Called front desk at 9:30 at night. Front desk sent up maintenance, a hour later with clean sheets for me to put in.

Quick and courteous check in. Room is excellent and clean condition. Love Christmas tree in the lobby.

Overall I was a bit disappointed in the HGI stay. The room was cleaned superficially with dust in the corners and harder to reach areas. I was also surprised that breakfast was extra and there was no morning coffee service. Overall it was just average and there are competitors that offer more for the same $$

You have to pay for breakfast, but the woman who runs that operation really cares about each and every person who comes in to eat each morning. It was refreshing to start my mornings with a warm reception from her and great food!

Was nothing like the pictures. We’ve stayed at multiple Hilton garden and they were always good. This one I can say was terrible. As soon as we walked in our room it smelled really bad of cigarettes. Will never again stay there.

Checking and checkout were quick and staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean except for big spot in carpet. Breakfast was excellent!
