"Exceeded my expectations! Can highly recommend. I booked double-bed room, but hotel connected with me in a few days saying it's not available and suggested me a triple-bed room instead for the same price or full refund (though my booking was non-refundable). I accepted the new room and it was just great! Panoramic windows almost like a balcony. Very clean and comfortable bed. Fridge right in my room! And microwave in the corridor (though one was not connected to the electricity - the other one on the floor was). It would be great to have a teapot, too (but I managed to heat water in the microwave). Excellent wifi. Host was very nice and explained everything upon check-in, self check-out early in the morning is available. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Would be great to have cups to put toothbrush. It can be noisy outside (2nd floor), but I closed the windows and it was calm. You can hear doors clapping from other neighbors- though it's not surprising for the hotel. District is great - Consum supermarket just 1 min by walk, Mercadona - 5 mins. Lots of cafes around. Metro 5 mins by walk, city center 30 mins by walk, very convenient to get to the railway station."

"Located ar central squarr (plaza del Ayuntament), 4 min walking to the Nord Station. Everything is within 1-15 min walking distance. All the centre is around you. Room is small, but clean."

"Great location. Very clean and private. The single room was large and had a very comfortable bed, nice bedding, dresser, desk etc. The listing said shared bathroom, but it seemed that each room had its own bathroom, very nice touch. I got in late and needed to call the emergency phone number for assistance checking in, but the service answered immediately and was very helpful! The rooms are in a beautiful old building, but the one down side is that the (lovely and bright) old windows don’t keep out much street noise so I heard a million garbage trucks and other traffic all night and early morning."

Ana meydanlardan birine 15 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olduğunu söyleyebilirim ve metro daireye 8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Klima düzgün bir klima değil, taşınabilir bir klima gibi. Sandalyeyi koyup yatağa bakacak şekilde ayarlamak zorunda kaldık, arka boru pencereden dışarı çıkıyordu ve pencereler açıktı ve aslında iyiydi. Sadece 3 gece oradaydık, bu yüzden bizim için mükemmeldi."

"The room is very nice and clean. It is on the small side so I recommend it for singles or couples not carrying too many bags. They had a few amenities, and made a point to say that if you needed anything else, you could call to ask. Location: not in the middle of the touristy area, but takes 10-20 mins by walk to get to them, depending on where youre going. Also located next to bus stops. I like not being in the touristy areas so there is some quiet at night, so I liked the location."

"Location: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town. Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel. Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all. Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new."

"The location is near old town carmen. Got loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The hostel provides different activities each day. Like picnic, beach excursion, walking tour, salsa dance etc and there are free! Met some friends there. But the ladder to climb up the bed is poorly designed I can say."
