Our room could have been cleaner as I noticed some crunched up paper towel under the hvac system, a plastic lid behind the bed, hair on the wall of the shower and a spider of some sort crawling in the bathroom.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful on where to eat in town.
The downside of my stay here was the hotel is located near the only highway that runs thru town & the heavy truck traffic with Jake Brakes going all night makes for some sleeplessness. Not the hotels fault but be a wear of this.

Very thin walls. Could hear conversations word-for word. Marshmallow mattress sloped to the center.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is a bit rough on the edges with some upgrades needed. But I think that they're aware of that and plan to take care of those things

Booked online but when we arrived, the hotel was soldout. Hopefully i get refunded for this mistake.

It was a very nice place to stay and centrally located to where we needed to be. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

I give The Niobrara Lodge a solid 3 because the amenities were not what I expected. The housekeeping staff is limited and not available on a daily basis. Our room was acceptably clean when we arrived, and fortunately we did not need a daily visit from staff. The breakfast was disappointing, microwave meals that we prepared on our own. It appeared the hotel was only staffed by one person a in the mornings so I think they were always trying to keep up.

The hot tub looked a little worse for wear. The hot tub barely bubbled. Was only in it for about 5 minutes. I won't go back to that motel again.

First room had blood on the sheets, so they moved us to another room. That room didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. There was hair on the beds, on the toilet & in the bath tub. The sink had stuff all over it; trash on the floor in the bathroom, under bed and all over the floor. Also, this room one of the beds the sheet looked like it had a pee stain on it. They had me check two other rooms (still 3rd floor & all next door to each other), first room had blood on the sheets & the second room had sweat stains on the sheets like no one has changed bedding in it. I do have pictures of the second room, & I showed the front lady. She rolled her eyes at me, but then gave me my money back.
