Look, it's a budget hotel with tradesmen getting in about 5 PM and out again from 0600 am onwards. If you can't handle that, look elsewhere. Also, it is not easy to find without GM and a vehicle, and the nearest supermarket is 2 km walk away for a microwave meal at the hotel. All that said, if you understand your choice, it is a good clean option that has served me well while I am in the Nice region. The staff are helpful and I have had two quiet stays, within the 22-0600 time slot. The breakfast is simple but good, the croissants disappear by 0800. Secured parking between 2200 and 0600 free.

The interior decor is fun and they have options for breakfast (not a ton), the room is rather cramped but can serve for a few nights.

Gérante très agréable et bien arrangeante.
Chambre propre mais l'odeur de cigarette est incessante.

Très forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre 137, idem sur les draps. Remontées d'odeurs dans la douche.
Il y a un papier d'aluminium qui recouvre quelque chose au plafond (lampe, détecteur de fumée ?).
