It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them.
For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering.
Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite.
Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

We were let down by this hotel. We arranged a late check out which wasn’t provided for. There was a half drunk bottle of wine int he fridge, the red wine was in the fridge and the beer had a puncture in it. There were also building works going on from early in the morning. Not great.

quiet and tasteful accommodation in close proximity to the old town and the sea. We immediately felt comfortable.

The hotel staff is incredible.
They are the most pleasant and likable group I have had the good fortune to encounter. (I have traveled for 30 years and worked in 82 countries).
I don’t do reviews because it’s too narcissistic-I hate the modem Facebook pundits. This is the real deal, and although Malta isn’t for everyone, this hotel staff make one think it’s the best place in the world to visit.

Comfortable hotel in Valletta where everything is within walking distance.
I think I virtually lived in the hot-tub - what fun!
Breakfast was decent and the staff very pleasant.

It was my partners 60th birthday and when we arrived the room was decorated with balloons and a birthday card along with a voucher for a free glass of Prosecco.
