Hotel Castille

It was a nice stay in the centre of Valetta.

Oda kesinlikle temiz değildi ama oldukça tozlu ve kirliydi. Aynı şey saç tellerini bulduğumuz banyo için de geçerli. Garip küf kokusunun yanı sıra (bütün "barok" havasını alıyorum, ancak odanızda küf olması "barok" sayılmaz sanırım) kalışımızın son gününde banyoda küçük bir hamamböceği bulduk. Personelin çoğu, resepsiyonla iletişimi zorlaştıran İngilizce bilmiyordu. Personel de maske takmıyordu. Bu otelle ilgili tek iyi şey, Valletta'nın merkezine ve bazı mükemmel simge yapılara ve güler yüzlü personele yakın olduğu için konumuydu.

Valletta'nın kalbindeki sevimli eski cazibe binası Resepsiyon personeli çok yardımsever ve misafirperverdi Oda geniş ve güzel bir manzara ile şaşırtıcı derecede serindi Misafirler için özel muamele, manzaralı kahvaltıdır…. Limana bakan çatı katındaki yemek odasından….. çok ısınmadan terasta yemek yemenin tadını çıkarmak için oraya erken gelin 😊

tamamen, iyi yer, iyi kahvaltı ve iyi hizmet, resepsiyon yardımcı olur, tanıştığımız tek mutsuz şey, olası sıhhi tesisat sorunu nedeniyle kaldığımız süre boyunca (2 gün) sıcak su olmamasıdır. Aksi takdirde, çok iyi bir otel.

Beklediğiniz tüm koşuşturma ile şehir surlarının hemen içinde muhteşem bir konum. Personel daha fazla yardımcı olabilir, ancak bir zincir otelin tüm mod eksilerini bekliyorsanız, alacağınız şey bu değil. Karakteri var ama temiz ve çok iyi bir değerdi. Ben kesinlikle orada tekrar kalacaktı.

Great location: Next to upper barrakah gardens and 2 mins from st john cathederal. Booked superior room centre of hotel front. Great views Room was big. Wish sheets were bigger to fit the bed better. Old building... breakfast included on rooftop.

The first is the location, on the very beginning of Castille square, two minutes from bus station, ideal staring point for long walks around Valleta. Excellent location ! Stayed for 3 nights, room was with inner view looking to opposite hotel's rooms. Good ventilation ,the AC was silent. Very friendly staff, there is 24 hours reception open, and the crew is speaking English, Italian, always helpful to chat with them. There is transfer /not more than 15 Eur/ to and from airport , booked on the reception. The hotel itself is a historic building and you can see the floor and stairs original one. Breakfast is simple, but good in taste, cereals, sausages, cheese, jam, pastries, milk, eggs. And very good coffee, that's was a surprise. Strong and tasty. The breakfast is on the roof terrace overlooking the city. Room was good, need a renovation, you can choose on different rooms on reservation depending on budget. Clean sheets and towels ,every day there was cleaning. Aware the English type adapter! Check for European contacts or ask on reception. Additional blankets and pillows. There is a safe case in the wardrobe. Bathroom has a bathtub , really do not why is this needed. The faucets are little bit dirty and worn out, but working . There are sanitary enough for the staying. Towels also need to be changed, some worn ,but clean enough. And you got that old -fashioned room key ,not a plastic card ,and it's give a taste for old -gone times. And you are advised to leave the key on going out,as it is too big to care it on the day walks. But the main is location! It can be a budget hotel for just walking away on the beautiful Malta ! Recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. However, the room was disappointing. The bathroom was tiny, and there was no tea or coffee facilities. The coffee shop attached to the hotel closed at 4pm so no refreshments on offer at all.

Excellent situated in the center of Valletta, Castille Hotel is, I presume, one of the iconic hotels of Valletta. Old but well mentained furniture, normal for a 16-th century building. Spacious rooms and as much heat if you need in January. Good breakfast, almost the same every day, everything fresh and tasty. Good team at the front-desk and also the cleaning people. However, some few important minuses that they can repair: not enough light in the room; low pressure of the water al the 4-th level, almost imposibile to have a shower; the windows not properly closing, especially in room 46, when the wind blows literally in the room. All can be easily fixed, I am sure! Very good prices for the position of the Hotel. I will return for sure! Thank you all, it has been a beautiful experience! See you!
