Knowing the hotel is under renos, decor is contemporary & the beds were comfy. The shower pressure was very poor and the bar/restaurant was still not open. Overall is was fine & will be better once the Reno’s are complete but a bit pricey for a 3 star hotel.

Washroom should have exhaust fan, and hotel should hire experienced technical employees who could have idea how to connect TV with guests mobile.

Very accommodating. We has bicycles and were able to secure them. The only unusual thing was that there was no fan in our bathroom, or it was broken and we didn’t know. The room was great but the view from the big window was not. We appreciated the bagged breakfast. I would stay again and use more of the gym and pool facilities next time.

First off, the hotel,the room were clean and modern. The staff was courteous and helpful.
It was well insulated from noise and conveniently located.
The hotel was under renovation so the bar and restaurant were closed. Although not a deal breaker, had we known this in advance, we would've arrived differently prepared. They had, however complementary breakfast bags for us in the morning.
There was only one elevator. The other one being broken.
There was no documentation in the room concerning the hotel and it's amenities.
There was no shower exhaust fan in the bathroom.
There was no clothing iron.
We could not cast from our devices (tablet, phone)to the tv.
Heating seemed to cut off and come back really high.

I have only a negative comment about the bed. It was a bit too firm and all the pillows were much too thick. I had to sleep on a folded towel as a pillow. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Considering it is under renovation, our two night stay was very good. The renovated rooms are lovely as is the hallway carpets throughout.
