太舊了，雖然維護盡力了，但確實説不過去，水龍頭都快散架了也不換，空調聲音太大。自助餐太簡陋，魚也不新鮮，前台服務太差，説是換沙灘毛巾的卡要交回來，不是拿卡換毛巾留在服務處嗎？扣4美金! 使用房間裏的保險箱一天2美金，聽着都新鮮! VISA卡受制裁刷不過去，還不收現金! 太軸了，扔下幾個美金扭頭就走了，不會再來

Хороший, добротный сетевой отель, с неплохим питанием и превосходным пляжем. Я бронировал и получил бунгало - просторное и уютное, с террасой и в живописном уголке территории отельного комплекса. Не ставлю высших оценок из-за того, что всё немного уже подъизносилось, и есть проблемы с работой оборудования в номере, не всё идеально и корректно работало (фен, панель управления кондиционером и не горело пару лампочек). Но в целом ' очень твёрдая четвёрка!

My wife and I visited the Tainos from Chicago last month for two weeks, we researched several hotels on the peninsula and decided to return for our third stay at the Tainos. The people are the reason we returned. We have stayed at other hotels in Cuba, but none have people that compare to those at the Tainos. Twelve years ago was our last stay and Fernando is as good as he was always one hundred percent! The entertainment team is why we return, Rosario, Yordan, Saine, Evis, Yoandry, and the entire team, THANK YOU, you made our trip perfect!!!! We attended the Tropicana in Habana and I will say the performers at the Tainos perform with infinitely more passion. Another reason is the beach, walking into the ocean is like walking on carpet, as far as you want to go, and with a few nearby hotels closing the beach feels chill and remote. There are more than enough chairs every day. And a very cool bartender at the beach bar! The food is fine, it is Cuba and there are days when they may not have everything but we always have a good meal. I noticed some complaints about the lack of certain items, maybe Cuba is not for you, be a traveler, not a tourist, and find the good wherever you travel. As far as the liquor, I go for the rum, and there are plenty of other choices. I also want to mention Yudel and Raisel, the bartenders at Las Palmas, they are great! Also would like to mention Yania, the girl in the blue in the lobby, she always had the answer and we appreciated her as we did all of the front desk agents! Late night snack, Chef William made a better burger than I have had anywhere in Cuba and beyond, and he made good company! This is only a short list of names I remember, but all employees at the Tainos should be commended! Sorry if we missed someone.

The hotel is very cozy and nice in a rustic style with a big green area. It has an incredibly beautiful beach with the light soft sand and amazing ocean The beach is always clean and spacious, free sunbeds were also available. The food is quite good, there is a lot to choose from, but very few vegetables. Rooms are nice and clean, but every day we had a trouble with magnetic cards, they didn’t work and we had to recharge them constantly. Hotel staff is very friendly, always ready to help: Daisy (lobby waitress), Yudel (bartender in the lobby) are kind and positive guys who make you feel welcome. Jaime and Osdenys, guys from animation team are cool! Osdenys funny and active is the best in dancing lessons ☺️ Jaime is always positive and caring with a sunny sincere smile was doing almost all the activities (volleyball, aqua gym, yoga, fitness), he managed to do everything creating a great mood for the guests In general it would be nice to have more activities at night, like live music, disco and beach party, cause except for the shows in the stuffy hall, where is nothing to breath, there is nothing to do in the evenings.

The Iberostar Origin Tainos is a charming, small resort with friendly and accommodating staff. Here’s a detailed review of our stay: Rooms and Facilities: The rooms were in decent condition, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers, although we did notice some rust in the bathtubs. All four of our rooms had functioning toilets. However, the resort could use some light maintenance, such as repairing broken boards on the walkway to the beach, fixing outdoor showers, replacing missing tiles in the pool, and addressing the air conditioning issues and leaks in the buffet ceiling. Beach and Pool: Finding chairs and huts by the beach or pool was never an issue, even later in the morning or afternoon. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped for a resort, although the towel shack is inconveniently located away from the pool. Entertainment: Daytime activities were hit or miss, and obtaining equipment like ping pong paddles or volleyballs could be a struggle. No games are available after 6 PM, so consider bringing your own. Spa: Booking a massage is somewhat complex as you need to arrange it directly with the massage therapist and then pay at the front desk. Bookings can only be made from 9 AM to 5 PM. Wi-Fi: The internet was intermittent, and certain services like the Apple Store, Spotify, Snapchat, and TikTok were blocked. Food and Drink: The food was repetitive and bland, but we enjoyed daily ice cream and snack options like hamburgers and hotdogs. Condiments were hit or miss, and the buffet only offered beer at lunch and wine at dinner with no cocktail options. Drinkable water was plentiful, with bottles refilled daily and purified water available at all bars. However, the variety of drinks was inconsistent. Coffee: The coffee was excellent but only available at two locations. The buffet offered only basic coffee, as specialty coffees are not served there. Atmosphere: The resort lacked ambiance music in the lobby and ceiling fans to move the air. The theater had no air conditioning or ceiling fans, making it uncomfortable to watch shows. Bringing a hand fan is recommended. Additional Tips: - Mosquito spray is essential due to the proximity to a swamp. - Canadian travelers should avoid tipping with coins, as they cannot be exchanged outside Canada. Also, ensure your bills are in excellent condition to avoid issues with local banks or when purchasing. Overall, the resort offers a pleasant stay with some areas for improvement. Despite a few inconveniences, we had a good experience and appreciated the friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.

We returned to our second home for the 10th time in June . It never disappoints. With all the challenges our Cuban friends are going through, they go out of their way to make sure our vacation is the best it can be . There were no shortages of food, I like condiments so I bring some . We had eggs, bread, pork, fish , pasta, pizza, fruit every day . June was mango season , we enjoyed those . There was no wine when we were there but a quick trip downtown to the store and we bought wine . No problem . The weather was fantastic. We had a bit of rain two evenings as it is rainy season but beautiful sunshine the rest of the time , We went to both a la cartes and we enjoyed them both.. From our arrival to our departure we are treated like family , the amazing staff is what keeps us going back year after year .

From the time we arrived we were treated very well. The grounds are well kept and the beach was very nice. Spent many days in the warm waters. We had excellent references from Gavy gave us great advice for excursions for lots of memorable pics We also had great service in the restaurants Betty and the rest of the staff was so pleasant. I also like to mention Amy in housekeeping that kept our room meet and tidy. The entertainment was very good they had great singers and dancers Elvis is one of the funniest people there kept us laughing and entertained.
