В отеле второй раз, питание хорошее, бар неплохой, в номере не было сидения унитаза, до обеда вода в душе была прохладной, для недорогого отеля неплохой уровень

As a Canadian it is impossible to get food from the bar during the day every Cuban are allowed to get food but Canadian no …. The waitress are treating use like dogs …. Telling use there is no more room on they’re paper to take our order I would not suggest this hotel for any Canadian what so ever worst experience in cuba as of yet and I come here 6 Times a year

Vacation from hell. The food was bad, no vegetables, fruit, etc. Most of the staff were fantastic and try very hard to accommodate for the poor conditions and just say "it's Cuba" when tourists comment. Many areas on the resort (including restaurant) had pools of water which made it very slippery. My sister fell and had to be hospitalized for 2+ days as she had fractured her wrist (which a horrible ordeal).The hospital said she couldn't leave unless she received the release document. All I wanted was to get her on the next plane. When we did get to the airport with that paper, customs said it wasn't necessary. I myself had actually 2 near Falls. Save your money, don't go to Cuba, I'm told most resorts are having problems with food and many European partners are pulling out and some hotels are closing. Don't go, change your destination country. I will try to upload videos of selection of food in restaurant.

I have been going to Cuba every year, sometimes twice a year since 2014. I've been to many very different resorts. One were perfect and upscale, but the others were modest, old, but still decent. I have to warn you: Stay away from Los Delfines hotel in Varadero. I admit, I did reservation pretty late due to family circumstances. - Room was run down, with old, stained and dirty sofa cushions instead of normal pillows. When we asked to replace them, room service lady kept repeating " problems, always problems" and did not replace anything. Management people were unavailable. Nobody speaks English, just few words. - security deposit box was broken twice. We had to wait for 2.5 hours for it to be fixed for the 2nd time. - bed linen was old and with lots of stains of unknown origin - many outlets were broken - Room was dirty, bathroom was small, without shelf, run down and also dirty. Towels were greyish brown, ripped and small. - they don't clean rooms every day, as well. - food was very modest, the same every day( chicken, cold pasta, hot discasting pasta, rice) Meat was very rare, so as fish. Bad juice, lack of fruits) and of short supply. Shortage of food one hour after each meal. And they don't give you to take meat, sausage or chicken by yourself, they put it themselves. Coffee machine instead of milk pours water with traces of milk. - Most of guests were cubans, who often misbehaved, shouted and tossed beer cans into water. - Some local guests did not have a wrist band, but jumped in front of you at breakfast, lunch, dinner and at bars. Seems they new workers, were hugging, kissing.. - No cocktails, as they just did not know, how to do them at both lobby and beach bars! Pina colada, for example: mountain of ice and diluted coconut milk. Just beer, wine, rom, average coffee from lobby coffee bar and soft drinks with artificial sweeteners. - They also poored tap water into water bottles in lobby bar! Could smell chlorine after got glass of such water "from the bottle". - Beach bar was just below average. No beer when asked, also soda with sweetener. - no wine during lunch, dinner.Just beer and water or soft drinks with sweetener. They don't serve wine at all. Conclusion: Maybe, it was nice place 10-15 years ago, but now it needs to be closed for serious renovation. So, book on time and don't repeat my mistake. I wish all of you a really nice time in Cuba.

Los Delfines is a small resort located in central Varadero on a beautiful beach. Everything is easily accessible with no need to walk miles to get to your room, bar, pool, or buffet. The rooms are clean. Towels might be an issue for some people. If you like big fluffy towels, then your best to bring your own. The beds have been replaced with new mattresses and I find them very comfortable. The pillows are very flat, which I prefer. If you need big fat pillows, then bring one. There is a blow dryer and no need for a converter for the outlets. The hotel has 110 ampage available. I have never had an issue with not having hot water in the shower. If you want quiet earlier in the evening, then request that your room is not above the lobby bar as it has entertainment until 11 p.m. The buffet always has a wide assortment of food available. How many choices do you have when you're at home for a meal? You will always find something you like and remember the price you paid to stay at this resort. It is, for the most part, Cuban food, and is very delicious. There is always something that you will like. There is pasta every day. Their bread is amazing. There is a small a la carte restaurant that serves an absolutely delicious dinner. Nelson and Gustavo are great hosts. As this hotel is centrally located in town, there are many restaurants in walking distance. The restaurants serve delicious food and are very inexpensive. So, there are many options for dining. The staff are why I keep coming back to this hotel over and over again. They are the epitome of this hotel. They are friendly and will do anything to assist you with your needs. They work very long hours and still manage to always have a smile on their faces. I treat them with the utmost respect and they treat me the same. Club Los Delfines is a place where you will meet people that return year after year. We now have friends from going to this resort and look forward to meeting up with them there every year. Club Los Delfines is my second home. I visit it at least twice/year. If you are looking for a place to rest and love being on the beach, this is the place to be!!!

I stayed here with some friends a couple of weeks ago and have never had such a welcoming, enjoyable experience at a resort. From the very first day, the entire staff was so helpful and friendly and we had an amazing time hanging out with them. The food was great, the beach was beautiful, and the rooms were perfect. Special shout out to the entertainment team - Leyvis, Jordan (perritooooo), Marlene, DJ Alejandro, Nelys, and DJ Machin. Hanging out with them truly made our week special and they always made sure we had a good time! Thank you to the bartenders for never letting us go thirsty (Elian, Charity, Macias, and many more) and to the ladies at the coffee bar for the delicious coffee every morning. We’re already planning our next trip back to Los Delfines and we can’t wait!

It was the fourth time I stayed at this hotel. The staff is very contagious, in all the right ways. From the check in at the front desk, to the beach personelle, this hotel understands the needs of travellers. Special thanks to Amoury, Jesus, Hector, Levy, all the security staff, and Alejandro and Jordon at animation who day after day look to adapt their activities and music.

Los Delfine is small ,the staff they recognize you ,say hello try to anticipate your needs ,smile at every corner ,clean newly renovated rooms deck on the beach ,cafeteria on the beach .close to shops bank and restaurants any questions and requests go to see Odalis at customer relations/service she will make your stay unforgettable
