Today I wanted to give a try to the restaurant, and orderer a steak, really surpriced, very nice meat, and the service was also very good. Highly recommended to have a different cousine experience in Varadero, including a nice beach view from the restaurance terraze

🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 This is my second time here and I love it this place is very comfortable, you can breath peace piece everywhere. The workers are very nice are very friendly they hope you all the time battle so You don't need so much because here there only few people only hass 10 rooms it has reception the bar, a huge terrance.... And the most important and beautiful here is the beach I love it

PROS: GORGEOUS old home and setting. Beautiful, spacious rooms on a stunning beach. Huge breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. Restaurant had a limited lunch/dinner menu, but everything we tried was good. It is a great location right near the town so easy to walk to restaurants. CONS: Weird policy on only ONE beach towel - that was never washed during a 5 day stay - asked for more and was told No. Mixed cocktails were VERY weak and not tasty. Overall, a lovely place that I would stay at again!

Mystique Casa Perla is an excellent hotel it is located at chiadjust in the center of the city And actually is a perl. Everything is white. The place is so quite and small. It only have 10 large rooms. I would always recommend those ones with jacuzzi. OMG 😲 😱, they are amazing 👏 and even have a living room.

This is an amazing place! The view spectaculair the staff five star plus, so so friendly and good and the food the best we had in Cuba. Fresh fish in many ways, food for the eye and for the stomach. Please go there and enjoy life in the best way possible 🤩 Mirjam and Bert, Amsterdam

Wonderful hotel in a fabulous setting.. beach and seascapes quite incredible. Staff always helpful, rooms comfortable and spotless. Breakfasts of fruit, breads, cooked or Caribbean, just wonderful. Cannot fault this hotel. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

this hotel is a jewel in the madness of Varadero's big all inclusive hotels. it has a sense of Tranquility probably because there are only 10 rooms and you are right beside the beach. The terrace is rarely crowded and you can have your breakfast in peace and quiet. The standard and quality of food is very good with hot food cooked fresh to order. The staff are attentive and can't do enough to make sure you are happy. Unfortunately this theme doesn't apply to dinner which is why I did not give the hotel five stars. It is very busy and the small staff team can't cope with the increased numbers. We only had dinner once as we waited half an hour for our order to be taken and another half an hour to be served a simple bowl of pasta and beef burger which we chose because we thought it would be quick . If there hadn't been a storm and the weather was atrocious we would have left and gone elsewhere. another negative is the swimming pool, which is very very small. I would not describe it as a swimming pool more of a plunge pool. It gets full sun and so you can't even cool down in the pool. It's a shame as it is kept meticulously clean (probably because nobody uses it )and if it just been slightly longer I would've been able to have a swim . Also there are two staff who call themselves butlers. Really not necessary as we couldn't really see what he did to deserve this title, they just stand or walk around looking important when the waiting staff and cleaners seem to be the ones who do most of the work. my main complaint is when we checked out on the afternoon of Wednesday 27 March he told us he would come and get us when our taxi was due to arrive. He didn't (he was chatting to guests on the beach even though we had told him what time the taxi would be coming ) and this potentially could have contributed to us missing our flight. Luckily we went to check our taxi had arrived without his help, which was made more frustrating as we had tipped him in advance ! to summarise I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Varadero. it is clean, beautifully situated and breakfast is a leisurely and tranquil experience with an amazing view.

We were a group of 10, 5 couples that visited this facility for 5 days. We were greeted by hotel staff with champagne and cold towels with a warmth smile. Right away shown to our room by the butler which showed us around to get familiar with faculty. Rooms are very spacious and super clean, this facility exceeded our expectations as my wife and i travel very frequently in the Caribbean . The property is very private and gives you a feeling of staying in your own private mansion. Food is excellent and complemented by excellent service . If you are looking for an exclusive getaway… this is your best choice in Cuba!

Spent 5 magnificent days here in November. Everything was exceptional - the beach, the rooms, the cleanliness, the service and the food. The hotel is intimate so it felt like you had your own private beach Villa. The rooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff were all friendly and catered to all our needs. They also frequently checked on us at the beach to ensure we had water and other beverages. The food was amazing. By far the best we experienced in Cuba. The hotel is on the most incredible beach. The water is crystal clear and the entire ***** was always very clean, free of seaweed. Overall, this has been one of the best trips my husband and I have taken. We will most definitely be back soon!
