We had a fantastic stay at the Amayaa. Our room was incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The standout of our stay was the service we recieved from Vikas Singh in the restaurant. His service was excellent and he recommended a delicious fish curry which was our favourite dish of our holiday. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Room was spacious and bed was a King size. But this place, being the oldest 5 star hotel in Varanasi, is in need of some renovations to make it great again ! Wifi was good. Need new towels in bath room. Breakfast was okay. Can't say the same for dinner, didn't look or taste like what we ordered - fried fish, stragonoff. But the beer was cold !

We had excellent stay. The ambience, hygiene and cleanliness and the staff are very good. Room service is super fast. Special mention needs to be made of the food quality. The local items served everyday were simply superb. Recommended for business or family trips.

Very good hotel here in Varanasi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful food! Mng. Vikas gupta. Shashi mishra Suraj all The service in the Restaurant was excellentw, The room was big and also clean.I would come back for my next visit to Varanasi

One of the best place for hoteling in the town. The overall ambiance, hospitality, the food (really delicious and very comforting) is definitely commendable. The support and the housekeeping staff is very friendly. Had a chance to interact with one of the restaurant staff Mr. Suraj. "Banarasi bolo to pakka pyari hai aur utne hi pyare log", this could experience after interaction with him. Definitely recommend to have a stay at this place.

The AMAYAA hotel this very good hotel and very good food Hera and one more special thinks Hera restaurant staff are very friendly and very helpful and they are very polite and always service with smile face and caring. Specially thanks to Mr Shashi and Vikas Gupta and Avnish

The food is great but the rooms are not up to the standard. You expect better when you pay such a price. Only good thing about the hotel is breakfast and the restaurant staff. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Would like to specially mention Vikas gupta . He provided great service.

The amaya is perfect stay in Varanasi . Hotel is located at best place. I had an amazing time staying in amaya . The staffs are very good and friendly,and the breakfast menu is amazing.The rooms are neatly clean . Highly recommend this place while visiting Varanasi.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The restaurant, in particular, had good quality food, service and reasonably priced drinks. The room was quite large with a comfortable bed. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The shower is placed within the bathtub which makes access for older people a challenge. The room also has a safe and refrigerator. The room was quiet even though it faces onto a relatively busy street. We did find the Wi-Fi not very reliable during our stay and establishing connection could sometimes be a challenge. We never had hot, but only warm water during our entire day. Also, the air conditioning seems to reset during the night to 24°C which is warmer than I would normally like. This is a good hotel but due to the shortcomings detailed above, I give it four stars.
