Om Vilas Benares, Varanasi

We recently stayed at Om Villas Benaras as a group of eight members for 2 days in July 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well by the reception team, including Ritika, Abhishek, Vishal, and Vivek. A special mention goes to the pandit who welcomed us with a tika and rudraksha, adding a pleasant traditional touch to our arrival. The support staff took us on a beautiful buggy ride to our luxurious tent house. Though we missed some names, their assistance was much appreciated. The cleaning staff, including Jitendra, Kanno, Jiyia, and Kamlesh Kumar, did an excellent job in maintaining the facility, ensuring it was always spotless and comfortable. Our package included breakfast and dinner, and we enjoyed three buffet meals during our stay. The food quality was outstanding, earning a 5-star rating. The staff service and ambience also impressed us, each deserving a solid 4-star rating. We are particularly grateful to Mr. Ajay Yadav, the manager, who took special care to ensure our stay was memorable. Additional thanks to Ajay, Shivam, and Omprakash for their exceptional service. Overall, our experience at Om Villas Benaras was delightful, thanks to the entire team's efforts. It's impossible to mention everyone by name, but please know that your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the wonderful hospitality and look forward to visiting again. The stay has been amazing. This place is a pinnacle of luxury and nature intertwined. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Now coming to the beautiful infrastructure this place has, so many beautiful birds can be seen here. Talking about the food, here are 2 restraunts,1. Machaan 2. Vaziri. Machaan being a 5 star restaurant serving multi cuisine and finger smacking food. Vaziri is a bar in banaras which has its own brewary. Its the only one. Pro tip - 1 pm to 6 pm everyday is happy hour. 1+1 on drinks.

Mr. Rudresh and his team make our day memorable and the experience was good . Recommend to everyone to come to brewery The variety of beers are available which taste was amazing. Nice hotel . Best luxury hotel in Varanasi The staff was humble and helpful .

Ritika Front Desk & Mr. Anil F&B Manager service was Awesome, I had ask for Milk for to send in my for my 2 year child, they done this very quickly. I ask for Swimming pool to open for my kids but they denied to open, I have seen there are some in-house guest are already in swimming pool. But denied for my kids, I don't know why.

Restaurent Manager - Mr Ajay is extremely rude and misbehaves with guests ***** with his assisted waiter. Shows no courtesy and kindness to guest with kids. Seems to be arguing with every other guest. Resort is at wonderful location with very good amenities. Hotel/resevation and hosekeeping team is doing very good work and maintaining property very well. Specially mention Mr. Himanshu, Ms. Ritika for quick resolutions. Hotel management should take action and suggest specific training programs for few employees for make guest exp more better.

The hospitality was exceptional, with Ramesh and his team being extremely courteous. The food and ambience were both excellent. We visited for the freshly brewed beers, which lived up to their description. It would have been great to see a hoppier pale ale and a stout on the menu, but that might be asking too much. Bringing fresh beer to Banaras is already a significant achievement. The only downside is the location, which is a bit remote. You can’t rely on Ola or Uber for transportation.

The best resort in Varanasi for family, friends and couples. Stayed in Super luxurious cottages for 2 nights ***** with whole family in September 2024. Stay was very pleasant. The good things about the resort are Location (away from the hustle and bustle of the city), Rooms and Amenities. The bad part is the food which needs lot of improvement. The staff in the restaurant need a rigorous training on how to behave with the customers. They are poor in communication and lack in etiquette. Breakfast spread is very limited. The front office staff was very cordial, courteous and attentive. Overall a pleasant experience except for the food and inept restaurant staff.

The rooms and other amenities in the resort were good. But the food and service in the restaurant should be improved. The waiters are very slow and forgetful. They get stuff after repeating the order multiple times. Other than this, the stay was quite relaxing.

The stay was amazing I would really recommend my friends to come aand visited this place I had a great time coming here and had an amazing vibe and food what a stay it was I would really like to visit again with my family and Friends. Have a great time do visit here.
