Bon rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, la première nuit a été difficile la clim ne fonctionnait pas mais a été réparée dès le lendemain. Le buffet petit déjeuner est assez bon. Le personnel est très sympathique. L'hôtel est assez loin de tout, il faut absolument être véhiculé. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé ce qui est très bien. A 35 min environ de Milan en voiture.

Trata-se de motel nao hotel , bem longe de Milao que foi a intenção de minha procura no site . Reservei para meu filho e esposa que ficaram decepcionados pois o movimento de entrada e saída de carros os deixaram asustados.

The property on the website is very misleading. It's basically providing services as a motel and a hotel. So if you were to choose an economy room you are simply living in a motel. I was under the impression that I will be getting a hotel room but instead I was lodging in an area which is outside the main hotel building and reception. Something which I was not comfortable with. It self unsafe. The motel does not have a lift so you have to drag your bag up a flight of stairs. The room is poorly lit and could use some extra lighting. The motel room has a door for housekeeping to access and they were just a nuisance and noisy. We could smell cigarette smoke coming out of the housekeeping door. The room was serviced okay but the restroom was terrible, There were dirty towels in the restroom and the overall cleanliness of the restroom was very shabby. Also the toilet seat was wobbly, it tilted to one side when in use. Advice for travelers is not to be fooled by the lower rates on travel platforms and you would be better served by paying a higher price more closer to the city center. I checked out after the first night of my stay. Hotel management wanted to charge a premium if we were to move in the hotel building however given our initial experience we just did not think it was worth it. Not a 4 star property. Well at least not based on the service that I received. I have pictures to share on request as needed.

Checked into room that did not have working AC. Had to wait about an hour while the single person on staff first said he would call for assistance to fix (turns out he never called). When we came back to address the issue an hour later, he said there was nothing we could do and he had no other rooms available for us. Thankfully, the attendant to came on around 23:30 was much more helpful and was able to move us to another room with worming AC. However, this resulted in a very poor night of sleep as we only completed the move into the new room by approximately 01:00.

Was very good for the price

Chiamo alle 22.45 per prenotare una stanza, al telefono mi viene detto che era al completo tranne la stanza più cara; arrivo e trovo il parcheggio vuoto. Per parcheggiare una fatica assurda, dato che l’unica cosa che avevo era uno spazio di manovra abbastanza adeguato, ma il parcheggio era strettissimo. Saliamo in stanza e mancano un misero armadio e dei comodini; alcune lampadine fulminate; la maniglia della porta del bagno (che si chiude da sola, senza saperlo) presa nella schiena non è bello; polvere sui muri; trovarsi 15 Cº direi che non è il massimo; sulla TV prendono solo i tre canali Mediaset; le prese a muro messe a caso (mettere a caricare il telefono in bagno non mi è piaciuto). 4 stelle… mmmmmmmmmmm

L’hotel non rispecchia un 4 stelle come indicato però per una o due notti non è male. Non indicato per chi vuole spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, ma comunque comodo per chi ha l’auto. Parcheggio molto ampio. Bisognerebbe migliorare un po’ la pulizia poiché c’era presenza di molte briciole a terra e della polvere sui mobili. Tutto sommato discreto.

Lasciate stare, personale pessimo,scortese ed ineducato. Sono venuto qui per prenotare una stanza da solo ma per una persona sola la stanza non la danno, a detto loro per tutelarsi fossi in loro cambierei mestiere, una vergogna perché per un po’ di relax qualcuno deve per forza trovare altre sistemazioni addio.
